Last night I waited liked 25 minutes in drive thru to received my food. I open the bag to check if my order was complete. Burgers were full of grease as the fish as well, fries were super cold. I ask for a manager and I told her hey this looks really nasty can u please re make my order. She told me quote (no u pay what u get for there’s nothing wrong with your order ). She closed the window at me and walk away. I expected more from this place 25 minutes waiting was already a red flag. Two a manager to talk back like that to customers is a no no. If this was my business I would of told her to kick rocks. Never again lost faith in rally’s rather go to farmers boys instead.
Wow, this place just killed my appetite. Paid $12 bucks for a burger combo called bacon zilla but there is nothing zilla or big to say the least about it. The chicken tenders are dry and small. You be the judge!!.
There good they need to get more workers or something to open the second drive-thru because they got a line all the way out into the old Walmart parking lot
As fast food places go, I really enjoy the classic diner taste that comes with Rally's food. I also enjoy that I can opt for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun since I have to avoid gluten for health reasons. This particular Rally's always has it together. Clean, courteous, friendly, and delicious.

Left without getting food since the rude counter girl said, my FREE CHEESE CHAMP CARD was no good... I received the card, when I donated blood... It expires 12/31/21... I was there at 3:00pm and last I checked it was still 12/31/21... Bad Business practices...

I would love to give thanks to the lovely lady in the window jasmine every time for her wonderful customer service. She makes me feels welcomed, every time I order my food is done right and fast and enjoyable to eat. Her manners of please and thank u are correct. She doesn’t rush me like other places who tell me, what do I want with attitude. Today I was feeling down but two words came out of her mouth bless u, brought joy back to me. I wish other places had employees like her.
