Ordered the California sub sandwich. It was great. Th employees were courteous and quick.
Went in to buy a soda on the way home, and it was busy but the service was fast.
Way better than Subway. Everything just tastes better, the employees are polite, work quickly, and don't give you attitude about asking for extra onions.

They take bad customer service to the next level.Ordered online at 11:23. Pick up was promised at 11:44. Over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, food still wasn't ready for pick up, or even started to be made.Asked to speak to manager. Staff refused to assist. And the shift manager said I had no right to be mad, that I hadn't waited that long and that "liars are fryers".DO NOT use their online ordering service. EVER.Will never go back.
very rude customer service! I went here and was ordering, a worker called my friend a chick and we ignored it but when asking for what bread, they didn't hear us and said so did you figure out with you wanted or no? The worst part is the assistant manager was standing there and didn't step in at any point. At no point were we ever rude, never eating here again
One star is high for the awful customer service! It’s not hard to read an online order so when I called because my family’s xl sandwich was cover in Mayo. Mind you this is in the middle of a dust storm and I have no power the best they could offer was put my name in a book for a new sandwich…I live 30 minutes away and they won’t give a refund or have one delivered.. so as I have 3 hungry kids looking at me the best port of subs manager would do was write my name in a book. Never again will I go there
I can't remember the last time I ate at Port of subs (Hanford location). I was at Rite aid and decided I wanted a sandwich. I got the 10 inch # 1 on pepperchino bread. 10 bucks. It was pretty good.
Wish they'd had a smaller hand held menu to read main one font way too small.
What's not good about this place? talk about addicted to sandwiches, every chance I get,I get a sandwich from port of subs. they are so ??
