This place is horrible during the day. In the evening SLIGHTLY better. They are always behind. The place looks like a tornado went through it. Needs a face-lift of employees that want to work. The pay is well. They are very disorganized. If I could...I would do a revamp of that entire store.
I’ve visit this Popeyes a few times and the food was great. Customer Service was average
Food was good especially the fried catfish. Staff were courteous except who ever was preparing the order got it wrong. I will still comeback but, will have to double check my order. I know they work hard and short staffed.
Always great just wish they had pies more often they are my favorite ?

Online order scheduled for 615pm didn't get good till 645pm. Food was good, but having to wait for food that was ordered ahead was not.
Popeyes in hanford ca is very busy .The staff is so friendly..I have been to other popeyes and hands down Hanford has the busiest Place! Chicken is always being made since the demand is high..so its fresh!!
One time I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were cold AF...The bread was hard too
Got there at 8pm and was told the chicken was for the mobile orders and they wouldn’t make anymore even thou they don’t close till 9pm.
I don't care how confusing my order may be the staff always makes it happen. Oh and them biscuits hot with honey will make you not want to talk to no one. ????
