I’m giving them one star because the food was good but the service was terrible from Genessy who was taking orders for the drive thru. Every time I tried to order, she’d cut me off and ask ‘rice or chow mein’ before I could even finish telling her the entree I wanted. When I finished ordering, she just said Pull forward. No thank you, please, nothing. Service is everything. This level of disconnect drives people away. I understand there are metrics to meet, customers can take forever ordering, etc. I’ve worked and managed fast food before. This behavior is unacceptable and toxic to a business. Hoping the management team can get this addressed.

Come on Panda get with it. The last three times that I’ve gone to either Panda here in Hanford there’s been issues with the food. Two times in a row that I went to the one by Costco the cookies had dead ants in them. Today I purchased an order from the Panda by Home Depot and there was a black wavy hair in my rice about 4 or 5 inches long and the food is cold. Sorry Panda this time you’re getting a thumbs down ??

The food was good but the inside of the restaurant was way too cold when I told them I needed a jacket to be comfortable in there they laughed!

I keep giving this place second chances but no more. I've ordered chow mien that is stale multiple times, orange chicken that tastes like it's been under the heater for 4 hours, and now most recently I ordered broccoli beef on a plate and gotten only broccoli. I tried to call and see if they can correct it but no one answered. Worst. Panda Express. Ever.

Terrible service, how can you do be out of white rice, it wouldn't have matter but this is the 3rd time its happened to me in drive thru, guess manager and staff don't care, very poor service

The drive through line moved quickly, easy to read directions on how to order, easy to order and pay. Our order was fresh and prepared correctly.

I got home and found they did not give me the correct food I had ordered ! This has happened before and I shrugged it off but I well be exceptionally paying attention when they put the food in the containers next time making sure it's right. I live out in the contry so we can't just drive back to town and fix the situation.

Worst Panda I’ve ever been to. They literally ration out food, I’ve watched them take food back out of bowls/plates, every other panda gives way more food.. they’re hard over on wearing masks regardless if you’re thrice vaxxed, and on top of all that no military discount. The fact I went out of my way to leave a review about a fast food place says a lot. Go to another Panda!

Don't order takeout spent over $50 for the family the food was absolutely awful. Uncooked fried rice and the other items were just as bad after a few bites my 2 item entre went into the trash the others shortly followed. What a total rip off ? We are now making tuna sandwiches

This location is good if you go in and order, but don't go through the drive through. The last three of four times I've gone through, the portions have been small and they haven't gotten the order right. This time, I tried using a gift card that I knew had money on it. They brought it back with a receipt saying that it had zero balance. The receipt, however, didn't match my order, so I called the number on the card to check my balance and it wasn't zero?. A soon as I got to the window, I asked to add something to my order that I'd forgotten and was told they don't allow ordering at the window ?. They seem annoyed to serve you and bothered by any extra request you might have like... Napkins. Oh, and if you can't see the super greens, don't order them. Tonight, I had super cabbage?.
