04/13/22Ordered two egg McMuffins and a big breakfast and in every single one there was long white hairs in my food… instantly felt disgusted and threw away my food and drinks… and the orange juice that was for my daughter tasted like 99%water. Just disgusting… save your money and drive somewhere else..
It was ok.. every car that was in drive thru was being sent to front to wait for their food.. take out order was taking a bit longer than it should have, so as far as service goes, it was lacking but the food was really good...
I asked for two sausage mcmuffins and I got to work and they were ham instead of sausage. That has never happened before. That was upsetting!
Girls were working at night had HORRIBLE customer service. 2/8/22 11:00pm. Manager make sure when it’s slow they have better customer service.
Been the her a few times always have to wait for more than 10 minutes.Thats why I hate that place but my grandson likes it.
I know it sucks to work at McDonald's but don't put the people that hate life the most at the windows. Make them clean toilets or something. That girl at the window on 1-20-22 at 8:30 was so checked out and rude.
Repeatedly ignored me when asking questions through drive thru speaker. Then was told they were out of half the items I ordered on the breakfast menu. Poor customer service. Will not return to this location. The one on Lacey sucks too. Just go to the one on Grangeville. It has professional management and people with great customer service.
Friendly fast service. Food was great and bathrooms were clean.
The freshness of the buns are hit and miss. A few times they were hard. The meat and condiments are slapped on the buns and isn't appealing.
So dirty! Flys everywhere, dirty tables, food all over the floor! Won't be coming back
