We've been eating here for 20+ years. I love to come in and enjoy a Pepsi (with the little hail sized ice balls) while filling up on chips & salsa. The service can be slow due to staffing limitations but I do not care because the only reason I eat out is to relax and talk to my wife. I am an experienced backyard chef so I don't expect anything other than great service and decent food from a restaurant. La Fiesta checks both those boxes very nicely.*the staffing limitations are causing them to close early usually around 8pm on weekends ?
The food was very good. Waitress was very attentive. Would dine there again.
If I could give -100 stars, I would.The food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.And then, they got offended when I sent it back as politely as possible. I never ever have sent food back because I get anxiety but this food tasted DAYS OLD. They only offered 50% off when I only took a bite out of the food. Drinks were trash, food was trash. The restaurant is trash, we aren’t from the area so when we found a place to eat with good ratings, we trusted it. But definitely will never return nor will I recommend anyone there. They need better employees or at least to replace the ones that serviced us. Some employed were actually really nice but once I sent my food back, we got the cold shoulder. I never complain or give reviews but I was just so shocked with the way they acted when I sent the food back. He exact words were, “everyone has been ordering this and not one person has complained.” Okay that’s good for them, if I pay, I like to get food to my liking. And I’m not speaking if I didn’t like the particular dish, I’m speaking towards, warmth, freshness, etc.. and like I previously stated, the food tasted days old & super dry. The canned enchilada sauce tasted better than what they gave us. I know, I sound super mean but I was super nice even with the food being bad. But once they started giving me attitude towards the complaint, I was done. I did not tip, it was the first time in my adult hood, that I’ve never tipped. I’m 24.
Food is delicious and they serve a large amount for a great price. I recommend the combinations if you are looking for a good variety on your plate. The fajitas and soups/stews are also a great choice in my opinion.The servers are very nice and do their best to ensure a great experience. Service overall is great!
Usually their food is pretty good. I ordered a grilled chicken concha and the refried beans are so wet and soupy they’re just liquid in the bottom of the shell and all the lettuce is wilted. it just turned everything into this big mushy blob. I was not happy at all. I would send pictures if they allowed it

My boyfriend and I waited to be seated so we waited but no one seem to give us any knowledge . So I when up to one of the worker, she said she didn't see us and only the bar area are open still . But when we went there we was told the kitchen just closed. It's okay we end up going to the Mexican restaurant by the old chicken shack (Valle Grullense) and they greeted us right away and the sever was sweet. I guess that's our new spot . Wont be back since they didn't want our moneys.

Everything tasted good except for the chili relleno they were a little dry and seem like they had been sitting. But the enchiladas were excellent and their tacos
Fantastic Equipment, and the Atmosphere is Great. Also the Gym Employees are so attentive. Love it here.
