For starters we didn't get our silverware. Mind you I know it's Memorial Day and it is busy but we never got a drink refill and when the food did come, they forgot my omelette and when I asked what was the reason for the wait, they simply just forgot it. But they did ended up taking it off completely so I didn't have to pay for it. It could have been better service, busy or not especially with not receiving silverware and drink refill. I give them a C
3rd time I've been here. With this certain manager. Everytime she is there. I get seated. She asks what I'd like to drink. And never brings it. Then I sit . I've timed it after the first time. 10 m. 12 m. Just to bring me my water. I eat here 3 times a week. Other manager Sarah. Is always on it with customer service. This other one. She should be fired.
The service and cleanliness of the restaurant were fantastic. Our host, waiter, and the manager were friendly, efficient and helpful. We were seated quickly although it was fairly busy and our food came quickly as well. IHOP doesn’t have the good down home cooking taste in anything they serve, it is pretty basic without seasoning. My kids ordered chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes, Nutella crepes and hot cocoa. I had the big breakfast with coffee. We spent about $70 between the 3 of us which was pretty dang pricey for breakfast with the kids. I loved how they keep the coffee pot on the table so you don’t run out of hot ☕️
Staff we very friendly. The price of the food was too high. I got 2 eggs hashbrowns 2 small sausage and 2 pieces of toast. It's was 13 00 gor that??
This is my 8 year old Daughter's favorite place to eat. She says the waitresses are her friends we love to see them and they love to see us. Sarah and Christina are our favorites.
Jamie is crew chief she talks about employees behind there backs she call the servers names disrespectes them always has attitude.she also called servers bad names she is a rude person she is fake when she says good mourning
It's a restaurant. Ordered 2eggs bacon hashbrowns the eggs were done the way I like as well as the hashbrowns but I was given only 2 undercooked pieces of bacon. I was charged for each thing separately. The coffee was great.
The food was very good, and the service was great.
Service is a little slow but other sit down restaurants are the same. Just be patient. All employees do their best to service the guest.
Absolute trash. Server lacked in every aspect imaginable. Took forever for food to come out and was cold when they did, had to ask for a glass of water 3 times and never got a refill. Forgot items, waited for just the check for just about 30 minutes. I have never had such horrible service in my life. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.
