I think that the problems here are due to being short staffed, but they have been this way for a pretty good while now. It is not worth the price any longer.Our latest trip there was almost a repeat of the one a few months prior to that.We ordered the for two meal.We got our salad in a reasonable time. Our waitress then disappeared for around 20 minutes, our drinks went empty until we flashed another waiter for a refill. We never got the bread until we asked for it about 30 minutes after arriving. Our appetizer beat our meal by about 2 minutes. Our food was warm at best. My baked potato seemed like one from yesterday that had been reheated. Veggies were good. Steak was good, but only warm. We asked for a go box for the steak leftovers. Waitress was not bringing us the dessert.... Until I said we wanted it in a go box as well.So to sum it up.... Bad service, soso meal, $125 price tag for just the food.
The ABSOLUTE worst custom service for a “high end” or any restaurant for that matter. Placed an online order. Was informed via text that it was ready at 7:04pm came at 730pm to collect and waited to be acknowledged then waited some more until the bartender said it was not “put into the system” and is going to be prepared . It’s after 8:25 almost 90 minutes later and I spoke with the manager via a phone call as my husband waited in the restaurant and he proceeded to say it’s not his fault and he only noticed it ten minutes ago. He said they cannot give us a refund or a voucher or a discount but maybe a free piece of dessert ?!?!? This was a $70 meal already paid for online after we’ve both worked all day ! Disgusting really ! In keeping with the poor attitude here in Central Valley . Less than zero customer service !
We picked Fugazzis for a special family gathering and that’s exactly the experience we had. The drinks were spot on and the food was tasty and well prepared from, the appetizers to the entrées. The staff was all friendly and courteous even patient with our baby granddaughter running arround.
Cristini appetizer was amazing and highly recommend it. The chicken parm was scrumptious. Plenty of delicious food. While everyone we interfaced with was very nice, our server David had the perfect amount of attentiveness! 6 stars if I could!
Awesome spot in Hanford for a nicer dinner or date.The food was delicious, the bread was delicious, it was very quiet on my trip, service was generally very nice. My wrap did need sauce to give it more flavor but was great after that. The steak appetizer was delicious.The reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit pricey, but what really lost a star was they forgot my wife's salad. That's always one of those things that might be better next time but by the time you're eating your dinner, it's too late for the side salad, so I didn't bother asking again. I will update my review on our next trip because we will go again.
Went in to dine, not Very crowed, Stood waiting to be seated, or even greeted for about 7 minutes before I walked out, this was my third Bad experience at This restaurant. Will Not Even Try to eat there again! ... 3 strike rule!
Not a pizza in sight like the one in Visalia. Super nice place to eat, great group events in separated room with much less acoustic echo. You can actuallu hold a conversation.
It was great, the whole staff was friendly and the food was delicious. When my husband or myself had questions about the menu our server was quick to help. The atmosphere was nice, we’ll definitely be coming back.
Spent $70 for my family of 4 and the food was horrible. The food was extremely watery, as if were previously frozen. Not much flavor at all. Was not given any silverware for a to go order. The worst was I ordered grilled chicken pieces and fries for my 3 year old son and they gave him fried instead which he hurt his teeth trying to bite through and started crying!!! 5 of the pieces were rock hard!!! Sorry but I would not recommend this place.
For the price, there's better eating at home. Wasn't worth it for me. Nice place though.
