It was okay some of the food seemed a bit overcooked.
Bad customer service along with disgusting restrooms ?
We used to come to this location all the time. Last year or so it has been horrible. Dirty conditions, LONG wait time in drive thru. Orders r wrong. Went in today for the first time in 5 months. 4 employees walked right past with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally after waiting 7 minutes finally someone said "someone will be with u in a few minutes." After another 5 minutes and no other acknowledgment we left. We were literally the only ones in line. Only 2 other couples were sitting down reading.
If I could not even put a star for this restaurant here in Hanford I would have just gave my experience. I am frustrated because not only has it happened once it has happened every time I go it is a 20 mins wait in drive thru and after I pay they tell me to wait in the parking lot I wait another 20 minutes and still not get my order correct. Otems missing but still charged to my card and no way am I going to wait in drive thru another 20 minutes to let them know because the lobby is not open anymore. This place is ridiculous and now I see that it has been months maybe more that people have been complaining about this place and nothing has been done about it. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT don't give me a website so that I can tell you more. You already know enough!
At 7pm.the crew working were out of chicken and said it would be an hour to cook some. They also said they were out of tortilla soup. Strange for a Tuesday night. Sound like the crew didn't want to do anything.
Keep giving this place another chance, chicken portions are small and dry. They should go back to when you could buy the whole chicken rotisserie.
Chicken DRY luck we had 3 LG side orders.Give 1 start because wife was happy she didn't hav to cook.

We asked for no pico de gallo on our whole order , yet pico was still added pretty generously .
Staff is super nice. The service was great. The $5 combos are awesome. Lots of food and a drink. Will be back
