This was my first visit to Dynasty, and this place made a good first impression. We came here on a Saturday night, and I ordered the #1 meal, which is comprised of fried shrimp, an egg roll, egg foo young, rice and chow mein. The whole meal was delicious; everything was cooked to perfection. All items were full of flavor. The servers were speedy and very friendly. There's plenty of parking outside. Overall, this was a worthwhile trip.
I was looking for a Chinese restaurant tonight and saw that this place had 4.5 stars. Wow, the food doesn't represent that 4.5 stars. I would never suggest to place to anyone. Take it from me, I've had my share of Chinese food and I'm sad to say that apparently there are some fan of this place, why else does it have 4.5 stars. The service, wow, when you ignor your customers and not even give them utensils when the food arrives, there might be some training issues. Can't say that they were short handed because they had plenty of help tonight and they were not that busy. We ordered the Signature Family Dinner and I have to say with the exception of one dish, which was the broccoli beef, everything was short of being good enough to compete with the frozen section Chinese food. I would never ever suggest this place to anyone, I hate doing this especially to a mom and pop shop, but they need to face the reality that when one of their own pops in or anyone pops in their food and service should be nothing but spectacular because people work hard for their money and they want to go out and have good food. Maybe that's just me.

This place had a sign they were hiring and my son turned in an application to the hiring manager and she asked my son if he had his vaccine for COVID-19. When my son told her he did not have his vaccine she told him he could not work there. I will no longer be eating there and will be telling everyone I know not to support their restaurant. I wish I could give this zero stars.
This was my first time eating at the dynasty. The service was quick and the server was kind. She check if I was doing ok a couple of time. I ordered the veggies with chow mein, the food was great. The only problem I had with my food was the broccoli on my plate. The broccoli tasted bitter so I didn't eat it.
I'm from the Bay Area where Chinese food is abundant and authentic, but I am wholly satisfied with the food quality and generous portions at Dynasty. The salt and pepper pork is much less fattier than most places and the flavor is great. My favorite was the mushroom tofu clay pot. This place could definitely hold it's own in the East Bay restaurant scene as a quick affordable option. The place is spotless and the staff very friendly. I was skeptical about Asian cuisine in Hanford but was pleasantly surprised and made my visit to China Alley that much more complete
