Went this past weekend. I told her the 1st thing I wanted and the girl said nothing at all. So, I told her the next thing I wanted. She very rudely said, I didn't understand anything you said. I asked, so you didn't get the first thing either? She said MAAM I DIDNT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING YOU SAID. Well why didn't she say she didn't understand instead of staying quite. She didn't understand my order yet understood everything else I said? I told her to forget and I left. It's always something at that location.
Great fresh coffee as what is expected however the donuts were not fresh they tasted and looked old they were not bad but not to the Dunkin standard. Service was sloooow but freindly. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. Parking is tight especially if your in a bigger vehicle. Area is safe, overall a decent place to grab a great cup of coffee and a decent dount.
Took 20 minutes for 1 everything bagel with cream cheese, and I didn't even end up getting it. I got a refund. The female worker with the blonde streak in her hair and an Anime Pin on her visor said "I can't control it girl!" When I asked if it was done after 15 minutes. She even gave the elderly woman before me attitude! The only thing is that woman before me actually checked her for it, and I kept a flat tone. Just WOW. Complaining to corporate as well.

Today was not the greatest, I had decided to treat myself so went through the drive through at this Hanford location to order two chocolate frosted donuts.The cashier hands me my bag as I handed her my card. I peeked in my bag and said, "I didn't order these with sprinkles".The representative/cashier said loudly, Ma’am I repeated your order back to you"! I responded to her, "I didn't hear the word sprinkles, I had repeated to you just chocolates frosted....either way I don't want these”. She said, “fine wait I'll correct the order”.When I reached my hand to her and offered back the donuts I said, "oh hey would you like these"? She says, (after loudly sighing) “ yeah!” she reaches over and snatched them out of my hand.That really upset me, so after I drove away with my donuts I phoned the manager.That was not called for, nor was it professional. Everyone has a bad day, but good grief.I pray her evening goes better.Lesson learned…no more donuts after 7. I will more than likely not do drive thru at night.
We love Dunkin Donuts! We come here all the time! However right now today, it is 1/15/2020 3:35 pm the lady in the drive thru was very rude! Never had a problem here before til today. She was so rude even handling the food to us, she just closed her window not a Thank you or nothing, just gave us the food and shut her window quick . Was trying to get her name but I couldn’t because she was like not even trying to fully show herself like your supposed too. It was just the side of her showing

Never go late at night! Walked into the place and had to use the bathroom. It has a cleanliness sticker on the mirror that it guarantees it is cleaned every 90minutes but that is questionable. I came out after using the restroom and my family still hadn’t been greeted or acknowledged. We stood at the front cashier for a good five minutes before having to yell “hello” to get service. We could hear the conversation of the employees. But, they couldn’t hear our voices??? Or see us on the cameras??? Or hear the door open and close??? Then to give us a look as if we bothered them when asking for service. The last straw was my son’s hot chocolate was watery and the donut holes dry and not tasty! $17 wasted.
Refused to sell me a Pup Cup even though their Instagram says they do them. They have whipped cream and espresso cups. I don’t see why they wouldn’t do it. The cashier just treated me like I was stupid for pushing it. I just picked up my dog from surgery and wanted to give him a treat for handling it so well. I ended up going to Dutch bros and I know Starbucks does them too.
We like the coffee ☕and doughnuts are good too.
