$16 for this. Not worth the money! Tried calling and they would not help. Said there was nothing they could do. Their service has gone down hill.

To start with the food is so Overpriced 3 platters costing $45 For a take out low budget kind of place!!!! Staff friendly Tasteless food. Would I return? No

Went to Dickey's on 3/13/22 around 5:30 PM. I really regretted going there. Food somewhat expensive. Portions were very small. The meat was not heated up enough. Soda machines were broken. I guess the soft serve ice cream is free with a meal purchase......except that machine was also broken !!! Did not use all of my BBQ Sauce since I only got two ribs, roughly 4 inches long so I decided to take the rest home EXCEPT the lids for the cups didn't even fit. Seen another guy by the sauce trying to take some cups of BBQ sauce home, had same problem with the lids. Wife used the restroom and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. For sides I got fries and macaroni. The macaroni was OK, same with the fries.

I got charged for an online order but never received my food because it was closed and its been 2 days already and they are still close and have not received a refund. Wish they could have mentioned that on their online ordering system

Great food and great service for all

My husband just returned from deployment and I wanted to surprise him yesterday with a little taste of home, but couldn’t, i had placed the order for 6pm and when it was time to go pick up the place was closed. I have been trying to call since yesterday and no answer.

Usually love this place however they have nothing in stock currently. (I understand Covid has made deliveries of their stock difficult) however I ordered from them the last week of Dec 2021 and they had nothing I ordered. I then got a refund from them directly since I ordered off their website and was told it would go into my account in 3-5 business days. I still have not received my refund and every time call them no one is answering.

Made an online order. Never tried this place seemed kinda pricey. One meal and a slice of pie being 42 bucks. Get a call shortly after that they’re actually closed due to lack of inventory. I have to call their corporate office to get my refund and theyre closed already and closed on weekends. How is this even allowed? I should not have to jump through loops to get my refund. They need to be shut down asap.

This location in Hanford has been out of inventory for months. It closes early sometimes due to no inventory. No meats or sides. It’s been like this for months. I pick up here for Grubhub and had several orders cancelled due to nothing available. We get deactivated for too many cancellations. Why stay in the Grubhub app if you can’t keep anything in stock??? How is this acceptable? Closed at 8pm tonight due to no food available. Update 12/23/2021. I emailed and received no response. I had another order cancelled tonight. The employees said the inventory is being blocked by ships. Please contact Grubhub to remove this restaurant until you get inventory.
