I’ve given this location a few tries because they used to be good. They’re pretty awful now. The quality of food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, customer service, attitude of employees. They’ve all gone down hill within the past half year. Myself and my friends agree, this place is trash now. I’ve gotten orders wrong, chicken under cooked. It’s a shame, it used to be amazing and now I’m glad to say I tell everyone I know that it’s not as good as it once was. Avoid if at all possible. Shut the whole place down, there are better alternatives elsewhere.
Best food around, and you can order everything to your liking. Sort of "make your own." Fast meal service, neat, clean dining, friendly staff.
The receipt I received for my order was so faint it was practically unreadable. Apparently the owner is too much of a cheapskate to invest in more ink for his/her receipt printer. Sad.
Let me start off by saying, we LOVE Chipotle. However.... they really need to start paying attention to orders placed online (for pick-up/DoorDash). Every single time, and I mean, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. our order is either A) Another customers B) Missing or C) Missing 75% of the ingredients listed on the order - and sticker on the lid of the bowls! Today my son got another customers order, which in turn led to us ordering another bowl/paying fees again, etc. Our second bowl had a lot of toppings that were not included (sour cream, black beans, guacamole-which is over $3, fajita vegetables, and all salsas). This bowl is usually overflowing and the lid doesn't close well - and this bowl was looking sad. The scoop of white rice was stuck together, mushy, and no more than 1/4 of a cup worth.I hate to say it, but this establishment has probably lost another family because of the lack of quality customer service by the workers. People are crying for $15/hour for these jobs - yet customers are supposed to accept terrible service and incorrect food without saying a word? No thank you.
Be sure to check your order. They tend to have very small and insane portion sizes.

Very Racist Place The Manchester Mall Location 3520 N Blackstone . they Were Very Rude And Racist To Me And My Daughter.I Seen Cockroaches All Around The Store Someone Was Doing Drugs In The Restroom There Was Graffiti Everywhere in The Bathroom It Was Carved In The Sink And Walls The General Manager Was Making Jokes Saying That he Had Money In His Bank Account And Had No Problem paying For His Food Because My Card Declined And Tried To Argue With Me Because I Heard Him Also The Manager that’s Heavyset And Light Skinned Was Being Very rude To My Daughter She was Rushing Her To Finish Ordering And There Was Literally 2 People Behind Us I Would Never Go Back To The Manchester Location Again They Lost Me As A Customer And It’s Sad Because it Can From 2 Managers Instead of The Employees Also I Heard The cook Say The N word Multiple Times As Well Said It In Spanish And Was Using foul Language it’s A Shame How a Company With Good Food Has Terrible service It Seems Like They’re Just Hiring Anyone To Manage A Team Im Never Comming Back To Chipotle Manchester Mall 3520 N Blackstone
i was looking forward to some chipotle after a long day and my food turned out disappointing. it was only 8:30 p.m. and the restaurant was out of half of the ingredients already. i ended up getting a bowl with chicken and a couple of ingredients, but the rice was extremely salty. i bit into 3 clumps of salt and i couldn’t eat my food anymore after that.
I like coming here for lunch. It gets very busy so be prepared. I always get the the salad with chicken or steak. They have outside seating which is nice when the weather is nice.
