The food was ok but the restaurant was horrible. The menu I received was sticky and on the inside it had what appeared to be a booger on it, also not to mention the tables and the chairs were crusty. Another thing was about our drinks, all eight of us in our party found small black specs in our drinks and when we asked for a new drink/cup there was still black specs in it. I'm assuming these specs were from the soda fountain dispenser that has obviously not be cleaned or maintained properly because for all of us in our party to get small black specs in our drinks is not a coincidence, their machine is dirty. Also the bathroom was super disgusting as well, the sink was dirty and the toilet stalls had graffiti in them, and the urinals had super dark nasty pee stains in them from not being cleaned for months.
Servers were slow. But they need more. Waiters. Its was a long wait for the drinks. But the food was good. .
I had the quasadilla explosion salad, my husband had pasta and the kids ordered from the kids menu. We spent about $60 between the 4 of us which isn’t bad for a good lunch. There was a 15min wait but finally the host asked if we would sit at a high top table. I think these options should be given in the beginning instead of assuming a family of 4 wants to sit in a booth in the main restaurant. Our waitress was great and attentive and I believe there were two managers circulating the floor and assisting.
We stopped by to celebrate my cousin's birthday. Even though the order got mixed up, we still enjoyed our meals. We especially liked the 2 for $25 options.
Server was attentive and kind to my baby. The sirloin with the grilled avocado was cooked as I wanted and very tasty. Kitchen service was slow... waited about 45 mins from time of order to food on the table. Speed up the kitchen time and I'll gove it 4 stars
Does Chili's need to hire more people?. Possibly!?.3 friends and myself went to Chili's. Once we got there we were seated at our table about 15 minutes. Not bad. Afterwards, we waited at least 10 minutes before we were finally asked for our drink order.Once the drinks arrived, we ordered the food.I went in on the 2 for $25 meal with a friend and my other 2 friends ordered well-done hamburger meals.My dinner came quickly and it was good.My friend and I were practically done with our dinners and my other 2 friends hamburgers finally arrived.Their first bite found the hamburger way undercooked!My friends couldn't eat it and we had already been there over 45 minutes.All our waiter could say that they (Chili's) were understaffed.I'm not quite sure how this accounted for the meal not prepared correctly, but if that's the case, please arrange a job fair and attempt to hire more staff, because unfortunately, my friends will not return.
Better customer service then Applebee's in Hanford for sure. The wait time can be a little longer due to staffing at the moment. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious. Thank you
Chili's is always great, a timeless place for decent food in a fun environment. I always feel bad for their cooks because they have so many menu items it's crazy. I could probably get something different every day for a whole year and still not get tired of the food choices. I understand they have some pretty great drinks here aswell but im not one for mixed drinks I'm more of a plain Jane and just get beers. If this is your first time visiting and you need something to start you off with I suggest the bottomless chips and salsa.
Chilis seems like the only to go spot around lately. The service is good and the food is good also. Good value for the money.
