My daughter and I were in waiting, a group of underage drunk or high kids came in and they ignored us, management seated them right then. When I said said something the kids laughed and made comments. I left. Will never go there again and continue to advocate about this foul place.
Our waitress was Michelle and she is excellent. Super nice and constantly checking tables for refills and what not. Food was hot and tasty.
Garrett was our server tonight and he was AMAZING!! Super attentive, and super outgoing from the moment we sat down. He went the extra mile with a few questions I had about the Blazing Rewards program! I love how kind he was to us, made our night! Best customer service from a BWW location I’ve ever been to, hands down! Food was also super delicious and was served quickly!
I remembered why I never come to Hanford's BWW??♀️ Overpriced food that comes dry and cold, and the wait time is always ridiculous even when it’s slow. The servers were amazing though! So friendly and helpful. Our table was nice and clean though so that was a plus.
Very busy so we chose to eat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and our order was brought to us quickly. She was friendly and engaging with all customers.
Not my fav wing place BUT like going for the drinks. Today we NEVER got our wing order waitress was GREAT but said the kitchen was behind due to BOGO but guests that were seated after we were got orders before we did when they finally started coming out- waitress said that kitchen told her our order was already sent out on multiple occassions but never got them

Well, my youngest son gives this place a 10 in the scales, he is a hot sauce Challenger & can eat some really hot hot ? spice food. He has big love for this place, & ranked it in his top 3 favorite Numero uno spots for firefood lovers to ✔️ out if they ❤️❤️❤️ ??️food he recommends the fire wings, - me no spice for me, but I do love the other food on the menu & especially ❤️ the great staff. They have always been kind, helpful, & everything is always verry clean.
