Morning shift is great with everything, but the evening is horrible it doesn’t matter if it’s one item or three it takes over an hour or sometimes they say it takes an hour but you can tell it’s been sitting for at least 45 minutes. The customer service is absolutely horrible The young men that work there are always talking bad about the customers and Extremely disrespectful to the women employees. i’ve come to Boston for years and I love the food but I don’t know if the customer service is worth it anymore
I been coming to Bostons house of pizza since the mid 90s always good pizza , service changes over time but still great pizza salads and subs .
Best pizza in CA. Their sandwiches will also blow your mind. They are seriously the best in the biz. Family recipe that is identical to what I enjoyed as a kid.
Delicious Pizza. I had the small Boston Special pizza. Super cheesy and the toppings were really good. Their ranch sauce goes great with the pizza. I was drinking a pitcher of the Michelob dark lager beer. It's very refreshing and pairs well with the pizza. I tried their spicy hot wings. They were ok. The flavor is not that great.Their spicy wing sauce has vinegar in it. I'm not a huge fan of vinegar on wings. I can taste the vinegar as it slightly burns my nostrils and taste buds. I most likely won't order the spicy wings again. Other than that, their pizza is really good.
If no stars was an option they’d get it. Pizza was cold and GREASY! It fell apart completely as we lifted the slices. A soggy tragedy. My photos show the amount of moister that was on the bottom of the pizza. That they could even serve this to someone is beyond me. My family didn’t even bother to eat it. It was insulting.
I ordered 2 steak and cheese submarine sandwiches and they did not have both of them ready. I had to wait 15 more minutes. Also I noticed an employee who was called from the back he touched his face and handled food without washing his hands. I believe this is poor business. I confronted the person in charge. Not a manager and she just blew me off. Basically calling me a liar. I guess they lost my business!
BBQ chicken special was different, not my favorite, but worth a try if your into that kinda thing.. Boston special was good as always, loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. The food was great, however, inside the place was a mess. Tables where sticky, very dim lighting did not hide the lack of upkeep. It gave me that. I want to get my food and get outta here feeling..
The food was good, the service was excellent. It was a simple drive thru transaction, however the employees were very friendly and very adamant that I receive my exact order. Very good service, which is rare at a fast food joint these days.
Best pepperoni pizza in town. They also have a good chicken kabob sandwich and salad.
Not sure what kind of hot sandwich I ordered lol. So many choices. It wasn't that good though. I'll try something else next time. Been living in town 20 years and I've only been here like 3 times.
