just picked up what was supposed to be a 3 scoop sundie large cup no more than half full scoped by a young man had the same thing last week scoped by a young lady about 90 percent icecream in the same cup when im paying 7bucks i expect to get what i pay for get that boy a scope he can handle or let the girls work the counter icecream was great as always just not nearly enough of it and no reciept in the bag Sad
Drive thru takes a ridiculous amount of time. 45 minutes to get a shake.
A couple of days ago, I ordered a pie for a relative's birthday through Uber Eats that was scheduled for pickup today. The Uber driver had to call me to tell me that Baskins didn't make my order. What is the point of having an online site if you aren't going to make what people order? Baskins should have called me if they weren't going to be able to make what I paid for. They had no good excuse as to why they didn't have the pie. Shout out to the excellent Uber driver who let me know and helped arrange an alternative dessert.

Best ice cream. The girls here are so sweet. They always offer a cup of whipped cream for my puppy and are always so nice. Great place!
If you are going to order the photo cake, DO NOT try here. Yesterday was my friend's baby girl's birthday, we ordered a full sheet photo cake on 5/13 and pick it up on 5/15. There is no photo on it at all. The employee only refunded $10 for their rediculous MISTAKE and no compensation. How disappointed!
Me and my wife try going every day to get our favorite drink which is a capuchino blast and with it we get our quency card stamped to be able to get the free 16oz drink for free. Unfortunately the drive true is always so busy. At first we thought our drinks where worth the wait, not the case anymore. The drive through is always so busy and if you try parking in the baskin Robbins lot it is impossible to get back out into the street. The manager parks her car in the back blocking the only exit there is. When I asked if there was a chance of moving it so we could exit she saw it better to ask the people entering the drive through to move there cars instead while her cars remains blocking the drive through exit. Definitely getting tired of the outrageous waiting.
I’ve gone through the drive thru several times, it seems like it takes longer every time. Today it took 40 minutes for me to get served THEN I had to go in anyway because a 3rd item was missing, it was sitting on the counter in front of two employees but neither noticed it just sitting there. I told them 40 minutes in a drive thru then still messing up the order was unacceptable. The young man in the front apologized but it was the girls at the drive thru fault. I live down the street but within the 5 minutes it took me to get home & sit at the table with my boys we realized our stuff was already melting. It must have been sitting on their counters too. Not ok. Never again.
Had the New Mangonada and it literally was amazing! Sweet and spicy will make your mouth water!
