I made a online order. Went inside get my order. It wasn't made The lady was very rude, said they never received it. I showed that they took the money from my bank. They refuse to make my order or refundy money. I use to get great service her. I'm really disappointed in the way the lady treated me. Even after I showed the receipt I had. No matter what I don't deserve to be talk down to.
As I have said and believe from experimenting, the little hole in the wall spots usually have great food and Arsenio's didn't disappoint.
They forgot to make my order after being asked multiple times about it and refused to give me my refund after wasting my time. Never going back again!

Aw man, normally I always give a little negative with the positive. I don't have a negative here...food here is good, no doubt bout that. Second time here, had to be sure the first time wasn't just a good luck find. It wasn't. Wifey said the napkins were a little small....really wifey, cmon now. Bottom line, you want good Mexican food...this is the place.
I have to say this is the absolute worst california burrito I have ever had in my life. 26 years of being in california. This place does not know how to make it.
Chicken taco Tuesday is the best deal and the chicken is juicy. Plus they stuff those tacos with a lot of chicken they are not stingy.
