My fiance and I had date night tonight and stopped in for dinner. Very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Her and I both were original employees of this establishment when it first open and have never seen it this dirty. We were there for an hour and had a pile of trash on the floor across from our table for the entire time we were there. Employees and managers walked right by it and didn't care. There was another table down the way from us that had a pile of trash with a broom sitting by it, right next to another table. The management staff needs to take more pride in there establishment.
All I can say is WOW I dine at the Applebee's all the time in Visalia CA and have no complaints but the service in Hanford is horrible and I'm not talking about the wait time, first of all during an hour and a half of dining there are server only came to our table twice and then was bringing us to-go boxes ten minutes after barely getting our food which another staff member brought to us didn't speak a word to us just put our plates on the table and walked away. On the way out the door we then see a party of 7 ppl who had been spit onto two tables one a tall table and the other a short table which the poor patrons at the short table had to sit on tall chairs and not once saw a manager walk anywhere on the floor and not a single smile from any of the employees other than the young guy who greeted us at the door. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Long wait but that was expected. Great service and everything was brought out in a timely manner. The reason for only 4 stars was the fact that they did not have a good 30% of their menu. Other than that I do recommend that you go and visit this location.
Awesome Applebee’s all around! We ate at this restaurant 3 times while in Hanford and they did not disappoint! We didn’t wait to be seated more than 5 minutes and the service was top notch. Jayda served us twice and was so friendly and professional! She not only took fantastic care of our table of 6, but she really knew the menu and her suggestions were perfect! Highly recommend this restaurant!
We had a terrible experience here yesterday. First we gave them our number to text when our table was ready because we had our 4 year old daughter with us. They never did and then took our name off the list so when we went in to check (thankfully we did or we would have been waiting for ever) they finally got us in about an hour and a half after we got there. Next we ordered drinks for ourselves and we were told that they didn’t have straws. I saw that the table behind us had alcoholic beverages with straws. I asked again for a straw for the kids drink that I ordered and was told that I couldn’t have one because they were only for the alcoholic beverages and my 4year old wasn’t able to have a straw! I walked to the bar to ask for one at that point because it was ridiculous that I was being denied a straw for a kids drink. After this, we had ordered our food and about 20 minutes later we were told that they couldn’t make one of our meals because their deep frier wasn’t working. This is not the only negative incident I have had here. I went 3 times and every time they are out of something. Its to the point where they have a white board stating what they are out of. It’s not a great way to run a business.
Best staff and great vibe in the place since covid it sucks cause they are out of alot but still makes up for it. Weekends are the best hit up apple bees and then the movies!! Whiskey burger is pretty good!
Be prepared to wait. We went there for lunch and had to wait 20 minutes for a table, when there was not a lot of people there. The food was good service was good. But they did have a list of what they didnt have kind of a warning.

Wait time for getting seated and receiving our food was too long. Plus I couldn't even modify my margaritas. To top it off waitress forgot to give me my debit card back. I had do drive back and pick it up.
Wish I could give zero stars. Took a while to get seated when it was close to 10pm on a Wednesday night. Once we finally got our drinks it took 20 min to finally get our order taken. Then took almost an hour to finally get our food. Didn't even get our appetizers until we got our main food. The food was horrible it was cold and clearly overcooked. The waitress was clearly high and very rude. She had dark hair and was short. She clearly nearly needs more training . We ended up wasting an hour and a half of our time there and ended up with horrible food and horrible service.
