I love their egg waffles matcha and red bean egg waffle was really good! Easy order with kiosk too.
They would not let us sit down without a vaccine card. A restaurant that willingly segregates is not for us.
Long wait times. One self service terminal, and everyone takes 10 minutes to order. Be prepared to wait. Customer service is non-existent. But of you don't care about any of that then enjoy your dessert because it is tasty.

1st time here, really liked it, was disappointed because they were out of the caramel pudding and substituted it with egg pudding, but the egg pudding turned out to be pretty good
Too much ice if they put more taste mix in it , will improve the whole thing!
Poor customer service, ordered a drink with topping while got nothing, and the cashier was so rude, such things happened several times, just disappointed: will not come again
This place needs to extend their hours longer. Most other meet fresh close at 10pm. But this one closes at 9pm, and even earlier on Sundays at 8pm. Some people barely start dinner at this time and might want a dessert from your place and can't because you guys are closed. 不要關的那麼早好不好？想在你那兒買點好吃的都不行。 Why even have a restaurant business with such short hours? Your customers can't patronize your business even if they want to. Please extend your hours already I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. I'll change my rating once you guys have extended hours accordingly.EDIT: thanks for extending your hours!!
Bad service. Never text and found never prepared my order.
Tasty but order logic can be improved.With so many different variations with ingredients. It is easier to name the favorites items by numbers rather than by names.
