I hope it doesn’t happen all the time, the staff were not trained and service was delayed to the point where we waited 40min a for our order. We saw multiple drive through customers leave as well as inside the Resturant.
Went inside and placed my order at the kiosk, then went to the counter to pay.....................stood there and nobody came to check the front counter. Stood there for about 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. .....you guys are doing such a great job....I'll make sure I don't come back here.
Worst place ever! I had to wait one hour in line to finally get my food. If I could reverse trust me I would have but I was stuck in line. Please provide some type of explanation management? I asked the supervisor working at the time and all I got was " Oh we are short staffed" really that's the best you can provide. Wow! Is all I have to say. This will definitely be the last time I stop at this location.
This place sucks! The drive through is not 24 hours. 50% of the time its closed between 530am and 6am. That's busy breakfast period. Most of the time we have to drive to Gale and Hacienda which is truly open 24/7. The staff at this place is great. McDonald's franchise needs to check this place out!
Why does it say open 24 hours when clearly this location is never open at night? Also, listing a phone number is pointless since no one ever answers the phone? Change your business hours so people don't waste their time!! ?
Came in on lunch time (11:30) Theyre serving Breakfast still but the lunch menu is up. Ok fine, then they're saying we can order Breakfast but if it contains sausage they can't make it. Theres a long line in the drive through, so many people inside including myself. Everyone had been waiting for more than 20-30 minutes. This is ridiculous what is going on here
Updated review: still confirmed this is the slowest drive through ever. Pulled up to speaker to order and no response, had to say hello three times to get a response "can you wait." Really, very poor customer service, waited over 10 minutes at the speaker to order... why so long?worst drive through in the state of California.Older review:Very very slow drive through service. Worse if you go inside to order because you will be ignored until someone comes to take your order then leaves and does not take the next person's order. They need more efficient ordering. People come in with app orders and those orders are not even processed. Also, drive through line blocks both handicap parking making this Mc Donald's inaccessible for patrons with hadicaps, and this is an ADA issue. I do not recommend this Mc Donald's.
They are never open at night. Don’t waste your gas, it’s like rolling a dice with this location unfortunately
Did curbside pickup. It was actually fast for a change. This location is usually horrendously slow with the curbside and dine in service. They mainly focus on the drive thru like most McDonald’s locations.
The food is what you expected but if you're on a schedule just avoid this location especially if you plan on eating inside. Last week I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru just to order and another 5 or so in a parking spot to get my food. 2 weeks before that I went inside, waited about 10 to 15 minutes just to order and another 25 or so to get my food. The employees themselves are alright so it just might be a staffing problem. Just avoid this location completely from the morning to after lunch time.
