This specific McDonalds has sadly become a disappointment. I ordered a caramel frappe, by drive through, and it did taste the same as I've remembered. However, the wait time was unreasonable for just one drink. When I received the drink it was melted and warm so I had them remake it. The customer service did not take this too kindly and told me to wait in the reserved parking area. It is understandable to be annoyed but a job is still a job. I tried to get out of the drive through area but there was a car parked in front of me and was yelled at by one of the employees to keep moving. This is an obvious safety hazard but I managed to get out. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

When and why did McDonald's stop providing the little packets of chopped nuts to put on our chocolate sundaes? Chopped nuts go with chocolate sundaes. So what happened??? Please bring back the packets of chopped nuts for those of us who enjoy them. And why is the service, both inside and the drive thru, so sloooooow??????

I've been given old, very old coffee over and over again. Then, you get an attitude when asked for fresher coffee.

Horrible mickee dees.Short staff. Long lines. Unsanitary in restrooms, meaning very dirty, no soap available to wash hands and very smelly and unclean.

I got a soda. Any size is only $1. On a budget but don't care for McDonald's? Get your food elsewhere and drive thru to get your $1 drinks.

So today I seen that McDonald’s on their app has a new reward system they’ve always had discounts and stuff but today they’re starting to get points finally like everybody else so I go to McDonald’s and I buy my breakfast like always and when I get to the window I ask her after she takes my card how do I get the points and she says I have to give her my barcode before I pay which I know is regular but still it would be nice if she would ask if I have rewards, also give me my receipt, also I feel like she was lying as far as telling me she couldn’t help me get the points after I already paidUpdate: I gave the drive thru my drive thru code for points like the app says to do and the cashier just was so rudeThey really gotta change whoever is taking orders every morningThey are so rude and talk over you and say some really dumb stuffLike tell you your total before your even done orderingUPDATE: 9 months laterThe drive thru screen is broken and I’m sorry I don’t have the breakfast menu memorizedHad no idea what they had and neither did the person taking my orderAlso they have a cart filled with sauces sitting in the sunNot very brightUnless they think customers like hot ranch

Most of the time I order online, super fast at check out, just with my name, or order number.

Poor service ...I waited ten minutes for someone to take my order ...I went to use the facilities and needed a code but they wouldn't give me the code I had to wait for a cashier to come put the code in for me and then the manager came over because I was complaining about waiting because I have a baby who needs a diaper change and kid who has to pee .....then to find out theres no changing table or even paper towels... Horrible
