Entrance is very hard to turn into since it's on high traffic street and located right before the freeway. Food was good cooked well but the Iced Coffee for the price and size was horrible. It was supposed to be vanilla cream and it was bitter and bland. The girl served it from the same pitcher that was in the fridge possibly sitting there all day. Do not get the coffee. Drive thru area is big. Indoor is decent size and open for indoor dining.
Every time I come here, I forget how absolutely horrendous the drive thru service is. Definitely would find another Jack's if your absolutely stuck on getting jacks. I've been here 4 times in the past 5 months and it has never changed.The wait is always ridiculously long and the people taking my order always seem like I'm they have better things to be doing, or that I'm wasting their time.Note to self: go to tacos Mexico
I honestly dont ever waste my time doing reviews but ive tried to visit this location via drive thru at least 3 times in the past couple months and they said theyve been closed, ive visited anywhere ranging from 7pm - midnight. Change your hours or hire employees that actually want to work.
This location system is always down ? you guys should close the store... I'm just wasting my tine waiting in the line just to get that message ?
They always stop taking orders saying their system is down this has happen a few times already if they aren't taking order they should close their business they are just making people waste their time in line
It's a Jack in the box used their mobile app. Picked a wrong day they had 3 employees but 20 minutes on the drive through was a bit of a stretch. The order was hot and the shake was as good as usual. Forgot my cherries I had to ask. They looked happy there.
I can get ham and eggs anytime. Breakfast rules! Consistently fried eggs, never dissatisfied with the breakfast jack. Try it with grape jam and become hooked.
If you've eaten at a Jack in the Box before, you will find what you have come to expect. I have come to expect disappointment a few too many times to give this a high ranking. I wanted chicken strips tonight, and they did not have them. On previous visits, I have tried to order late at night, because it's one of the few 24 hour restaurants near me. Except, it's apparently not 24 hours. Multiple times I have visited late at night only to be turned away. Finally, and this is not the fault of the managers, but the location of the restaurant kinda sucks. It's difficult to get in and out of, and it's always got traffic congestion. All in all, sometimes you just want Jack in the Box, and this place is the closest one. But that doesn't forgive the other issues with this place.
Jack in the Box is supposed to be a place to grab a bite but it seems this location is always sold out of tacos ? ? I don't understand but this has happened already on quite a few occasions. I'm really debating on trying a different location when in the area. Overall, staff very friendly and food not to bad.
As always this place is as usual good service and food..?
