mics we’re broken, took about an hour to get a small batch of fries, on top of that they charge almost $30 as a mandatory tip; cute place, not $150 worth though

Cool place!!! My friends and I went here and we love it

Came here for a friend's birthday and it was lovely~ Each room in the back is themed.

We had the best time here. The food and drinks were great and the pricing is reasonable. Would definitely come back.

The lady that helped us sounded like she said $14 an hour when she meant $40 dollars an hour. We asked the lady again if she meant $14 an hour and she said yes. (Wow how cheap, let’s do it). We got excited that we bite the bait. When the tab came up it was actually higher than expected. We were like wth and the manager who was zero accommodating was like ”$14 an hour can’t pay the electricity bill.” Well moral to it is this is a tourist trap and if you do go just make sure there’s no language barriers between them employees and you because they’re English isn’t that great. Life lesson learned!

we had so much fun.. the food and drinks were great. Fun for all ages... LOVED IT...

Charged me $5 for a slice of lemon in water under the name “lemonade”. Charged an 18% service fee when they give us the food 10 minutes before we left a 2 hour session. Machine was loading for at least 10 minutes and they said “sorry machine has problems” without giving us more time or refunding us. Would not recommend

Wonder staff, pricey but you’re paying for the experience and sanrio. The food was ok taste wise but Sanrio themed it’s so adorable, the same taste of Disneyland and Universal Studio food. I would get again. The only con is the machine is difficult to use and it malfunctions sometimes, I wish they updated more American songs and different genres more rock and alt and pop punk etc…I will definitely be coming back if you can go, do, it’s worth the money.

I love it. They were a little late to open but once we got in everything was great. Kind of lost track of time and ended up doing karaoke for four hours. Karaoke is addicting. I could do it forever.
