Had the 2 eat for $10; 2 PC chicken, tortillas, salad, rice and beans.
This location had terrible customer service. Tried to charge us for something that other locations do charge. This use to be a great location but management changed.

Food is good. Really flame broil their chicken. Could use some work on their customer service though
Very rude employees and manager doesn't do her job. Let's these young girls act dumb and cuss. Food was nasty and broccoli was brown and raw. Place is not even clean.
Look forward to eating here every time I'm on the west coast. Chicken never disappoints.
Easy to find large parking are, be careful leaving tho the cross traffic can sneak up on you.
The food is always very good @ this location and very clean inside.
Down loaded the app to use coupon no employees had the knowledge of how the app works the coupon special was not in special in app I was unable to get the deal so I Uninstaller the app the staff was very rude I will never go to the Hacienda heights location ever again
Food is Pollo loco. But this location is depressing plus no drive through.
