Yiu will always enjoy attentive service at thus beer-thened restaurant, whose food is surprisingly good. The kitchen punches above its weight class both in creativity and execution, though wait times have suffered due to employee shortages, as is common these days.Just find a seat and give your patience a good exercise while grazing across the various sport-themed TVs visible from any seat. Just don't sit at the bar - that's my space.

The food was great. Much better than ever before. Aubrey is fabulous. We really enjoyed eating there. And they are really great about covid prevention.

The bartender and waiter were both super friendly with great advice on food and beers. The Fix with the mix is the way to go with the Mac and cheese! We'll be back next time we're in town. Thank you!

Four stars for service and beer variety; food was OK.Thirsty Barrell has as sheltered, but not quite indoor dining area where dogs are welcome and gas heaters provide warmth. No masking was in evidence on 3/27/2022. We asked for chicken wings appetizers but none were on the menu. The cheerful, prompt server recommended Fish 'n Chips from the children's menu, which we shared (photo attached). The fish tasted old, but seemed safe. The fries were not soggy or undercooked. Our beer was cold and the Nitro beer had a 1 inch + head. Our dog did not complain.

We really enjoy this restaurant. We always experience great service, and if I was less terrible with names, I would specifically point out the guy who serves us most often in the bar by name (I think he's a manager? Or bar manager?). He's really great. The food is always delicious. I love that they carry real gluten free beer (not just gluten removed, which they also have) and do a great job of making sure a GF order is as clean as possible in a non GF kitchen. Highly recommend.

Pub and grill style food on the next level with a farm to table fresh twist of local products deliciously prepared and infused throughout the menu. The beer selection is huge, and features a ton of craft and local brews to choose from. The staff are warm, friendly, inviting, and amazing in helping pair a drink from their selections or picking out a local favorite brew similar to, but far better, than your national suds.

Friendly staff; generous portions; seasonal food selection; great beers. What more can you say? Definitely coming back.

Really enjoy the outdoor dining set up on nights like these. Mushroom and Swiss burger came a little soggy on the bottom today which was less than ideal but the meal was good and my beer (the selection is exceptionally good for Grass Valley) was cold. Can't be mad at that!

Burgers were good, Brussels sprouts were drenched in mustard and a bit soggy, service was not good. The hostess in particular was rude.

FAVORITE BURGER SPOT IN THE AREA!!! TRUFFLE FRIES AND GARLIC AOLI!! SOOO GOOOD!
