I ordered a coffe with a splash of milk and whipped cream on top. The barista asked me three times if I want heavy cream- I repeated my order three times. She kept mixing it up until I said it all again and asked if that was not clear- then I got a total different order and when I said that I did not order what they gave me she told me I was rude and refused to serve me. I m always nice and tip generously. And all the power to the workers. I get it - it’s hard to find good workers. . But this one was not on me. And I m definitely not going back there.If you can’t get the order right, don’t blame me.

The worst experience at a Starbucks. Waited 15 mins for coffee that was extremely watered down. The renovation was sterile and did not have that nice cozy atmosphere that you would expect in an over priced coffee shop.
The team seems happy and upbeat. I love how they are willing to make your order according to special requests!
Still horrible costumer service, I wasn’t able to see her name on her name tag but she was a little bit older and blonde had a rude attitude. Ordered a caramel macchiato tasted horrible, you can’t taste any espresso or flavor just taste like milk.
I will always give Starbucks 5 stars I love the hot chocolate
