the turkey sandwich it's very good the bread was very crispy and customer service was great

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get two sandwiches. There were no other patrons in the establishment. It took 30 minutes for the kids to make two sandwiches. There were 4 employees working and all they did was stand and gossip about school. After all of that, my chicken salad sandwich was underwhelming and almost tasted like something from Subway. I really don’t like to complain but it was unacceptable. Don’t recommend.

The food is tolerable for the price, but the service SUCKS. I have ordered online here several times and each time I go in, stand under the sign that says ONLINE ORDER PICKUP HERE, and get basically ignored by the staff. All 5 of the girls working behind the counter made eye contact with me at some point in the 5 minutes I was waiting, not one acknowledged me. No, “someone will be with you shortly” or anything. Twice someone reached past me to hand an order to an in-person customer and STILL didn’t say anything. I had to reach behind the counter to get my order and my cups. Two stars because at least the food didn’t give me diarrhea.

Employees are lovely and good at their jobs. What I’m confused about is how management can post a sign saying “we are understaffed, please be patient” and have their starting wage at $14 an hour. Management is running these employees ragged while refusing to do the obvious to fix their staffing issue. PAY A LIVING WAGE.

very unexciting menu and food. High price's for the quantity and quality. skip this mess and try ANY NUMBER of great local GV downtown eateries such as the Roost, Thirsty Barrel or Diego's!!!

I wake up and look forward to having a sandwich every day only to be extremely disappointed by sourdough and co every single time. The first time I got a regular turkey sandwich and the turkey was great but everything else was a complete disaster!! the produce was soggy and wilted the cheese was hard as a hand carved marble table and the bread was inedible. Today I decided to give them another shot because every store has bad days right? unfortunately everyday at sourdough and co is a bad day. Another perfectly good day ruined by sourdough and co. this time I order an Italian salad and boy was it horrible. I think they might have mistaken their compost for my salad. Absolutely horrible. I'm giving them two stars because it's somewhat clean inside but if you like the way food tastes don't go here. Italian sandwich was alright though.

I love Sourdough and Co, but one of the employees at this locations who I saw in person handle my and other people's food wasn't wearing a mask in the middle of a global pandemic. This is unacceptable behavior, specially since the restaurant's policy is to have their employees wear mask for the safety of their customers. It's incredibly selfish on her and the location's part to not cater to the customer's safety and preference. No one that's this egotistical should work serving other people.

Food is ok. Girl behind the coi ter wiped her nose repeatedly without changing gloves or washing hands. I had to tell her too!

The worst experience ever at a Sourdough sandwich location. The Caprese was dreadful. Thin tomato, lettuce, which did not belong and miniscule mozzarella . All in all, a terrible excuse for a sandwich. I will never go back . 12.75 for a lousy sandwich. Never again.

I only give it one less then a 5 because I’ve had a few experiences with rude employees. I’ve been hung up on when I was told to hold and then talked to in one of the rudest of tones. The food is amazing and tastes great but the customer service needs a little work I think. This only happened a few times though, so I’ll give it a 4 stars nevertheless ?
