Pizza is always good - - zero complaint on the food or delivery service. HOWEVER - - they absolutely need to get their delivery map service area corrected on the RTP app and the website for online ordering. They deliver to our house but if I try to order on the app or website it states we are out of the coverage area. So then we always have to call in the order to get it delivered which also means we lose out on the point/rewards system. It's super annoying and I've told them about the issue in the past but 2 years later, it's still incorrect. If they fixed that issue, I'd give them 5 starts. Also, they have someone that takes orders over the phone who is very hard to understand because he mumbles horribly. They should probably not allow him to answer calls.
The large pie was cut into 15 slices with many only 1 inch wide. Learn to cut a pizza .

Hours online aren’t accurate, placed a takeout order over the phone at exactly 8 pm, closing time which was posted on the door at 930pm, but they closed at 830 after saying my order would take 30 minutes.
I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was so greasy that it it was like it was dipped in water. The dough was soggy and limp. I called down there and asked to speak to manager after witnessing this disaster grease pie. A young lady picked up after a short wait. I explained what the problem was. She didn't offer a solution, I then asked if I could get a coupon for a pizza. She put me on hold for a min or so. Then told me she could only give me another pizza. I didn't want to drive back down there a second time but I did on princible alone. When I got there I gave them this grease soaked box with the original pie inside. The kid at the counter didn't even want to touch it. He hands me the new pizza and says $10.31. I looked at him in shock and nearly lost my cool. I put my best Karen face on and asked to speak with manager. The kid called over 3 times "Steven" getting louder with every attempt. He finally pointed into the bar to a guy moving an appliance. I walked over and said "can I speak to you for a min." He just starred at me as to say yes but just lifted his eye brows and went back to moving the appliance. I started explaining the problem that I thought the manager was already aware of. I finally got tired of his rude demeanor towards a paying guest with a valid complaint. I raised my voice a bit and said "what happened to customer service." He looked right at me and stated "I am customer service." I almost smacked the kid and stuffed that greasy thing down his shirt. He then told me pepperoni is a very greasy pizza. I've eaten that pizza many times prior to this night, never had a problem. I said "I think it's crazy that I'm being charged $10 for the the new pizza because it wasn't a single topping pizza. I driven down here 2 separate times from just over 10 miles away witch cost me probably $20 in fuel. He now is pissed and wants me out of round table. He said "did it really cost you $20 in gas, and why didn't you just get delivery." I was unaware they even did delivery. That is besides the point the damage is done. I paid the $10.31 and grabbed the new pizza and left. It was greasy as a grease trap also. I'll be calling the owner to inform him that Steven is no condition to managing anything, he clearly has never had management training of any sort. I will never go back to this awful place again. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Have had many family get togethers in this place held kids birthdays there numerous times. Sad it's all over, things sure have gone downhill in many places in this area.
Went for a b'day party best pizza I have had in a while. The all meat pizza was out of this world! The young man who brought the pizza out was not friendly though only complaint I have.
Is a little pricey but good pizza, very helpful and always friendly staff.
they couldn't find our order.no one was wearing hair net an gloves.they were all going in on the toppings bear handed following with a hand wipe on their bum.not good sanitary system. with eveything going on.
Stopped in for lunch over the weekend. The food was great. The service was fast. I got a medium combination pizza. It was delicious and I was pleased with the price. I also love the Christmas decorations up throughout the restaurant. It's so festive!
