It is Chinese food/ fast food. It was pretty good I enjoyed it have the teriyaki chicken make sure you get the extra sauce I got some spring rolls an orange chicken. Although I do think the portion today was a little on the skimpy side. They were waiting for some more Teriyaki to be cooked so I think that's why I got a little skimpy portion.
It was insanely busy today and there was only one man running the line. Jesse T. was the only one working the front today at 12:20 and he was doing an amazing job. He asked for help from a manager and they did not help him. Everyone in the online order felt so bad for Jesse T. as he was very kind but insanely understaffed. You deserve the world and I’m so sorry you were not given any help, Jesse. 5 stars only for this poor amazing man.
DO NOT eat here I got terrible food poisoning from this place got really sick up all night puking had to miss a day of work the staff is not friendly and doesn’t seem to care about the quality or safety of the food they are serving you’ve been warned !!!
only reason ive been going to this place so much is because the mcdonalds nearby has been remodeling for some time. i will not be going back to this panda express once that mcdonalds reopens. the staff hate their jobs and are very rude and careless every time. multiple occasions they have said an entree was a "5 min wait" or "they are making it right now" only for me to be waiting 20+ minutes (not kidding) while the rest of my plate goes cold behind the counter! such garbage service but i keep going back cause it's the only "quick" (not really) bite to eat around here. i really would not come here if mcdonalds was still open. at least they can get your order right there.

Love Panda Express! Quick and Easy take out food! Sad they discontinued my favorite main menu item but other than that it's a go to place for take out on busy nights!
This place is terrible. My fiancé picked me up a Beijing beef bowl and the portions were off. I brought it back and the guy at the counter was rude, and then he grabbed a manager that was worse. Resolved my issue but gave me a terrible experience, never coming back.
They have an app for ordering ahead, but this location blocks it. So you have to wait 20 minutes in line. Bad management in my opinion. I know what I want & have to drive 15-20 minutes to get there. Why wouldn't you let some order ahead? Makes me less likely to go back for sure

You are not going here for great Chinese Food. But I still give it 4 stars because if you want something fast, it's good. And because the employees are always friendly, even when it's busy. This place lent me a canister of Cola syrup for our soda machine when we ran out for Nevada City Little League snack shack. It was a very hot weekend. Who does that? They supported our community without a question.
