I went to my nearest McDonald’s on a road trip coming from Utah. I had my son with me and we needed a good meal after a long day of driving, so we went to the trusty McDonald’s. We ordered 2 big macs and 20 piece chicken nugget. After I ate the delicious big mac, I could’ve never expected what would happen next…I quickly ran to the bathroom with a severe case of diarrhea and various sized blood clots. When I got to the hotel, I started experienced nonstop coughing fits. The next morning I went to the doctor and they told me I had lung cancer (that would explain the wheezing). I figured due to this experience, I should never go to McDonald’s again.P.S. All is good, doc told me I need to quit smoking
The employees have always been very kind and hard working but since thw re-opening their quality of food and service has been WONDERFUL!! $$$$$ WELL SPENT ON THAT REMODEL! GREAT JOB FOLKS!
Since they have refurbished the restaurant, everything has gotten smaller. The burgers are at least 20% than previous, the drinks were mostly just carbonated water with the smallest amount of flavor syrup. The fries served were in smaller boxes (the kids meal’s fries were almost a joke as to how small they were and there were only about 10 in the box). Also I couldn’t get a soft drink with the kids meal, I had to pay and extra $1.50 for a small orange juice drink. The fries were even served cold! On top of all this, the kids play center is so much smaller that previously, AND it is not grounded properly as my kids continuously kept getting static shocks from the structure. I am almost annoyed enough to report them for this unsafe structure, but hopefully the owner of this store will read this and make the necessary improvements to his store. But as for me, I think I’ll take my kids to Burger King from now on.
I go to McDonald's on Saturday March 2nd, 2022 pull up to drive threw at 10:45 cars in front of us. We wait 5 min and nothing. Try to talk to the speaker and no response. I then call the telephone and girl says we're closed. I said what? You close at 11 it's now 1050. By then 4 more have driven up. I said your lights are on menu lights are on she said yeah there on a timer can't turn them off. Well they turn off when your closed. Why the heck did they close 15 min early? I then tell the lady behind me they're closed back up. She doesn't respond so I tell her again and she screams at me I bleeping heard you the first time. I was like girl I have kids in the car. My kids say lady chill just back up please. Omg took her 5 min to back up and she was just evil. thanks McDonald's.
I have been working here for about 2 weeks now and the staff really prides itself on quick service, always clean inside the building, and getting orders fixed if they are wrong.
I remember as a child my dad would get me a kids meal and you could ask for a boys meal and you'd get a boys toy. Now, twice in a row, i go to take my boys to get a kids meal. I tell them it is for boys. My oldest son has now twice gotten a girl toy. This causes problems when I get home. I have my youngest son showing off his boy toy as my oldest is sad because he gets a girl toy, again.I don't raise my kids to be against any gender, but they still are boys and they want boys toys... why not? I call to bring up the matter and inform management and speak to the manager, and he hangs up on me. It it is sad in todays world kids are forced to go through this and because of woke culture, you no longer think about the other kids this effects. Look, I'm for whatever you believe, however you want to live your life and who you identify as, but you also need to respect the straight kids who identify as straight and just want a boy toy. It matters to them. Twice now and then an immature manager with no respect hangs up on me. That is not the way a professional manager should handle a situation. If it were me, I'd be understanding and even offer a fix... Not a hang up. All views, ideas, genders and what you identify as, including straight, need to he respected equally. If my boys want and ask for a boy toy, they should get a boys toy. If someone calls about a situation, you fix it with a professional attitude with empathy and a problem solving attitude. Totally unprofessional.

Went to new McDonald's in Grass Valley. Got a fry, Mcfillet and a vanilla shake between me and husband. They were steadily busy, but driveup line moved quickly, nice workers. Ate it in the parking lot. Fries were cold, fillet was almost cold, milkshake was good. I think they made too many fries and had an abundance, therefore, they get cold. Dont understand why the fillet would have been cold?
Need to update their food type ingredients. Not healthy and taste, Wrong.......! Especially plastic cheese...
It's McDonald's so it isn't technically fit for human consumption. Avoid at all costs
