Went grocery shopping at the Raley's order the pizza from the store before I left it was ready when I got to Little Caesars picked it up from the box. Everything went without a hitch
I ordered 6 pizzas online for a later pickup at the Grass valley, Ca location. My daughter and I were the only ones with the name and pick up code, she went to pick them up and was informed that a tall man had already picked the order up. I called the store and told them no one had picked my order up yet and no one else had the name or pick up code. The manager I spoke with didn’t even offer to replace them or offer a refund and instead was trying to figure out what happened and informed me he had the name and pick up code. I had to call back again since they weren’t going to give her our order requesting a refund or my pizzas before they did anything. Not exactly sure how this man got the information but someone got a free 6 pizzas. Hope they enjoyed them.

Best pizza I've ever had in my life. Went there after the dump one time. CHRONIC
First time and last time ill be coming here. No gloves used at any time and masks are just worn below their chins. Spoke with the manager about both and he sounded like asking why they don't wear gloves or wear masks appropriately was an absurd question to ask. Nope nope nope.
Gross pizza very very greasy. I will never go back I’m not going to waste my money just to eat greasy pizza I asked for a pizza not to eat and wipe grease off the pizza with a napkin. Gross yuck.
I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot neat all the time. Prices are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
Its little Caesars what's not to love?
