Lamppost is a takeout pizza shop not a restaurant. Some of the reviewers seem to have expected restaurant service. I've eaten Pizza in many different cities. There large combo is absolutely the best 4 and 1/2 lb pizza in the country. If you want Happy Talk go somewhere else if you want the very best Pizza of you've ever tasted go to the lamp post
This place was a complete joke! We asked for a menu and the large man at the counter said we don't have any! Ok then how are we going to order I asked, he replied "what do you want?" I said taking a chance how about a combo, he replied ok and then I asked for a beer. He replied we don't have any. At this point looked around and not one person was in this place of pizza. The man was acted like he didn't want to be there. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. There wasn't even a menu like most places on the wall.We had a good laugh afterwards beayse this was such a rare experience.
The Nevada city/grass Valley location is a joke. The owner has absolutely no clue how to run a business. Probably explains why they literally have nobody in there ever. The place is not accommodating, not friendly, menu is pathetic, and they’re out of everything always. My recommendation would be to go to round table down the street. Way better menu way better service way better environment
Like to say it was good. But that would be a lie. 40 bucks and threw half away. Blah
First time here !! Super fast and really good pizza .
The crust is perfection. Chewy and the right texture. First rate. The sauce tastes olde world Italian. We got the all meat pizza and they are very generous with both the meat and cheese. You’d have to go 3 hours to the Bay Area to get pizza this good.

Some of these reviews are made by people who have never eaten on the east coast and it shows. I don't know what people are expecting g ad far as customer service but there hasn't been any disrespect or negative experience when we've gone in. Honestly? The pizza is so good they treat me however they want. Thats how you know food is good.
Used to order from here. Decent pizza but the manager is a rude arrogant person. Has no customer service skills. Lots of similar reviews here. You would think the owner would care about how customers are treated.
