I don't even know where to start. My order was burnt and I went in to get a new order because I didn't want to eat burnt food. When I went in the customer service was horrible. They were so rude. Told me I couldn't get a new order, got in my face and refused to help me. She yelled at me and then said she was the shift manager. I asked for the store manager information so I could get a refund and she refused to give me a refund and the store managers information. I had to call support and fill a complaint with them. None of the workers wear name tags so I don't know her name. But she was saying she was the shift manager. Worst service ever. They need to get fired or have a new store manager come in. This is outrageous.
I caught the staff playing catch with my chicken breast before giving me my food.No but seriously, the so called “shift manager” has a bad attitude for no reason when she handed me my food and when I asked for ketchup. Also, I noticed her and the staff giving me and my friend a look and giggling at us in the drive thru. I don’t know what their problem is but this KFC definitely needs new management.
What a joke of a place! They sold me two sides of mash potatoes with the containers half full! I have to make more food in order to fill my family after spending money to not have to cook tonight. Shame on them!
Wrong order almost every time....so I went up to talk to the manager before ordering indoors...the person up front turned around and said..."Some a**hole up front wants to talk to you"! Never again!
Dont even stop! Omg! Every car had to ask and revise their order. Then go park and wait. Out of everything. No special requests. No bathrooms. At least people are nice
Been here many times, the service has been poor the last couple visits and the food seemed like it was over cooked on my last visit ( over the last three weeks) I’m disappointed because for the last couple years service and food has been good.
It's been many months since my last bad experience but thought I would give it a try again . Pulled up in the drive through at 12:00 noon and was told they don't open until 12:30! How can a place function serving lunch when they open at such a weird time . Last time I will try this restaurant. I would give a zero rating but there is no option.
It was $45. For 8 piece chicken family meal the chicken was dried out the rolls weren't even cooked drive through guy was super rude Im never going back to this place

Atrocious on all accounts. Parking and drive through cleanliness is about as clean as a back alley in New York. The drive thru is out dated, and has been out dated for months now. Management refuses to fix it, or even tape signs to reflect current information. Every time I have been there, service has felt very hostile. Doesn't even let me finish my order, cuts in with "will that be all", or as soon as I state my first item I am already being told the total with 0 regard to possibly having more than a single item. Window service isn't quite as atrocious, but still very impersonal and not welcoming. Finally, items have been missing from my meal, but this has happened only a few times.All in all, this KFC (and by extension A&W as they share the same spot) needs new employees who, even after a bad day, know that the next person ordering isn't at fault and at least deserves some human dignity. Additionally, management needs to put more TLC into operating the establishment.
