Today 6-27-22 I had my mom stop at jack in the box to get me a chicken burger it was so dried out and cold it could not be ate I'm so very disappointed in the fact that this location can never be reached by phone...... I will be taking my business elsewhere
I was told "the lady who makes the salads didnt come in today" so I could not order a salad. I mean yes I went to Jack in the Box for a salad, first mistake. Second mistake was just accepting a lady comes in to make the pre made salad's lol. I mean come on Jack in the Box, do better! Also when the card reader is not working put something at the front of the drive thru so people dont get stuck in line for 20+ minutes just to go somewhere else and order.
My order is always correct and food always good. Also employees have been pleasant every time. 2/22 update: the last 3 visits our order have been incorrect or items simply omitted, staff is still friendly and accommodating.
I frequently receive the wrong items, or cold items. I got the complete wrong order once. I once asked if I could get an order of the donut hole things last minute and overheard the employees saying, "should have ordered that before, you should just pull around." They could have just said that, Instead we got cold and probably hours old donut holes and a whole lot of attitude. This place needs new management and a new attitude. I love Jack its one of my favorite places for a quick bite. The employees and service there have made this place awful to visit.
There food is good, and they're pretty good at getting it to you quickly too. I just wish you could place orders or call them in. Door dash allows you to but not all of the current deals are there.
I ordered the Buttery Jack and nothing else because on the menu it looked like I'd barely be able to bite through it. When I got home 5 to 10 minutes drive away it was much smaller than expected and already cold. I was still hungry and tried to go to sleep but ended up waking up at midnight needing to eat a few Triscuits
Got a spicy clutch sandwich was not told they were out of produce apparently there is no lettuce or anything just a Patty with bread very disappointing at least would appreciate a heads up
They were out of all kinds of stuff. Fries, curly fries, tiny tacos....even pickles, who runs out of pickles. Not a good location. The employees tho, were really nice.
Terrible line, it’s not even a rush hour at 7:30, and there taking forever. Always out of product and a coin shortage. RUN TO THE BANK. Don’t Recommend. They will have one customer and it still takes them 10 plus minutes. This is suppose to be fast food. I’ve been waiting here about 25 min now.
Mold on tomatoes!!! Salad was out dated!! Usually the chicken is warm like it actually came of the girl but this time it was frozen ???
