TERRIBLE!! DONT STOP HERE!! We stopped around mid-afternoon saw the parking lot was relatively full so we figured, must be good. SO WRONG!! All lazy staff parked in close customer parking. Staff was lazy,un-sociable. 2 bathrooms 1 out of order. The other was occupied for 10 mins by a staff member. When it was finally open it was disgusting. Floors were dirty and sticky , the toilet wasn't flushed or wiped down. Sink was so dirty there was distinctive tracks where the water touched and where nothing but dirt and grime has been for quite some time. Unfortunately we ordered before the trip to the bathroom otherwise I would of passed all together. Resturant floors were just as gross as the bathroom. As we walked to the table they felt and looked grimey and Un-mopped. There was 1/2 of the resturant blocked off. For staff only I guess every table had staff and or staff member hats,drinks etc. The table we Sat at was very sticky. Our food got out surprisingly quick since only 1 of the 4 employees were actually working. We had some food from a&w menu and some from KFC menu and yet when the food arrived it was 1 in a to-go bag (nothing like a Suttle hint to tell the customer they aren't wanted). We never were even asked if it was here or to go. And obviously we sat down implying eating in the resturant. All the food was in KFC wrappers . A&W hamburger wrapped in kfc chicken sandwinch wrap. Also our a&w meals were served with old, cold KFC fries NOT A&W fries. And our shake had a large hair in it. That was the last straw!! Did not finish eating. Too lazy to clean ,to lazy to cook fast food. WE WILL NOT BE BACK, next time we will wait for the next small town and hope for better food&service.
There worth it I've always thought A&W had the best burgers greasy delicious burger and the root beer brewed fresh everyday it's the bomb and root beer floats nothing better on a hot day , global warming theres a way to survive it and that's a delicious root beer float from A&W dont forget the coney dogs they just bring me back to Fridays and Saturdays cruising the strip checking the girls out on roller skates and tossing back a burg and a ice cold rootbeer in a cold frosted A&W glass mug .I'm getting thirsty for another . Just ask Papa Bear he will tell you !
Went through drive-through 25 minutes before closing time no one answered menu board. Called the store no one answered but lights were on incredibly rude when you wanted to get some thing there before they closed
I love A&W But this time was the worst experience in my life. I pulled in at 840 The sign said close at ten pm. There was three employees sitting out front smoking and we went through the drive through. The man said they only have bone in chicken and limited items. I brought 3other people with. We all ordered. Two double burgers with bacon and only got two single Patty's cause they didn't want to cook more and two 2pc chicken dinners . My cheese curds were refried. I know working in the food industry. And our chicken was very cold as if it were refrigerated. I will never go to this location again. We parked in the parking lot to eat. Well let's just say the employees were gone before we were. So I am putting the word out to my friends. I put it on Facebook that we were going only cause it's almost a two hour drive from where I live. And my significant other wanted to treat me to something that I really wanted. If I knew it was going to be that bad u would have just stayed closer to home being that gas is so high. But needless to say I will never go to that a&w ever again. It was a waste of my time and money only to get the worst food and service ever. They tried making it right by outr mistake on the single burgers and giving us chicken that was cold as he'll. Nothankyou I will pass.
The food was cold the cashier was such a jerk he didn't say hi didn't say thank you ripped the money out of my hand no mask on customer service is important I will never go back here based solely on this awful employee
Don't stop here. Staff is incompetent. They didn't bring me my drink then gave me the wrong order. Girl refused to give me my correct order stating she gave me the right thing. She walked into the building and never came out. Basically said she gave me right thing and whatever I was trying to talk to her as she kept walking away. Building is close so you can't go in to talk to anyone. Called and they said they would bring me my order but asked for manager, was told there was none at this time. Disputing with my bank I'm not paying for something I never got, disgusting service at this location. Don't stop here!!
