Love Zankou Chicken , they are the original place in Southern California making chicken shawarma. I love their chicken tarna wrap which is my favorite. Their garlic sauce is the best !!! Highly recommended!!!
Ordered 2 shish kabob wraps. It was dry cold and salty. The pita bread was old and crunchy. Nothing was fresh. The tables were dirty. A lot of people were complaining about the food. I will not go back to this location. The meat that was cooking was charred. This location is poorly ran.

Cold food! I arrived at scheduled time. Falafels were cold and the meat in the wrap felt like it had been sitting out for a while! Very disappointed. So disappointed! Kabob Way is way better!
Never been. Coming from the east coast, I've never even heard of this chain, but the chicken was great, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Prices weren't too bad either.
Delicious! Highly recommend this place if you like chicken. Which most of us do! The hummus was pretty good as well. This particular location has great parking.
Very disorganized place to order the tables were very dirty I have to clean my own table, the food took forever to get ready. we decided to dine because we were very hungry and then the rest of the food we wanted to take out ,the girl was very rude went we wanted find out why was taking to long.the food is good the employees they take there time to prepare the food and they continue talking to one another not good next time l will go to the Glendale one maybe l will be happy.
Hit and miss sums it up.I wish I could say better about zankou because I eat chicken every single day. This place has hit and miss chicken some days it's delicious some days it's dry, hit and miss service some days they are fast, courteous, and on point and others they are short, borderline rude and screw up my very simple order, and even the cash register is hit and miss as I've been there 3 different times in tye last month when it was cash only because something wasn't working. Long story short the regional manager needs to crack a whip on the operations of this location. I don't know about other locations as I haven't been to them lately but this one is in need of help. With that said I understand it is hard to find employees nowadays, so it really boils down to training and having enough people on staff.
Their food is really high quality and delicious.
So super tired of paying for things A la Carte...because they ALWAYS leave something out...and the dish I specifically ordered for me is NOT HERE! I am not entitled...i should be given items that I purchased. So just sticking to GLENDALE only! They get my order correct!!
