I went through the drive through one night and they messed up my drink so bad that i had to go back but there was a long line so i went and knocked on the door trying to let someone know that I wanted the drink remade and some fat hispanic guy with a beanie gave me a dirty look through the window and said “go ask them i don’t know why your asking me” in the rudest tone. I will never be coming back to this starbucks and neither should anyone else. This is the worst experience i have ever had i really hope this dudes manager has a nice long chat with this guy abt bad customer service.
I would like to give this place 5 stars because I really do love this location overall but PLEASE KEEP THE MUSIC DOWN!!! I don’t understand how the people that come here to study don’t have get a migraine!
I used to be a Starbucks District Manager, so I feel fairly qualified to review this or any store. The store team is friendly, the store is clean - all very positive. Only constructive feedback - please turn the music down, it's way too loud. I measured it at a peak 90db and over a period of three different days and day parts. It detracts so much that it negatively impacted my coffee experience and I had to leave for good and seek out a different store to do business with.
Most likely the worst Starbucks in the whole San Fernando Valley. Not only are their employees extremely slow and dimwitted, but annoying. I also don't care for the 30min+ long drive thru wait times.
Awesome experience here! My regular dripped coffee tasted so much better here. Kudos to employees.. very helpful, showsinterest and even got a discount on the reusable cup.
I always have a good experience when I order here but in the past few months they have had their order thru the Starbucks App feature turned off. And the past few days they have been closed completely.
What world do we all live in that now we have order thru the app or wait a hr long in drive thru for coffee. Support ur local mom/popsCoffee shop/donut shop now. This is getting way out of hand now.
This is a great Starbucks to do your work at if you want to get out of the house. There a lot of space and if it gets too noisy, just put on your headphones. I stopped by here while waiting for my tire change across the street. Their drive thru line gets pretty busy but they didn't have much people inside. Their hot chocolate is okay to me but it's not the best. Best advice if you don't want to wait long is to put in a mobile order if you're near the area.
They have great Green lce tea. And when u ask for light ice they actually do it
My go to before work at 5 am always got a smile on there face and just a good morning crew plus great and make the best drinks n never mess them up
