Love this location! Great spot with a good atmosphere. The parking is limited and most of the time you have to park on thr street, but there is usually a spot. Near the high school, so there is usually a lot of kids there. A lot of variety in both the flavors and mix ins.
Have you ever tasted a rainbow? At Menchie's, Granada Hills...it's about as close as you're going to get.
They have very good frozen yogurt, I love their chocolate and vanilla swirl topped with chopped almonds. I always get it delivered by uber eats & get it quickly. They also have the cutest spoons ever, you need to make sure you request the spoons tho. My only complaint is I wish they had more flavor options. If you like the flavors offered I would definitely suggest you try them.
Great flavors and toppings
As a former yogurt shop manager I'm really disappointed with my experience at this location I know how much employees want to go home as early as possible but I got to the store at 940pm and they were cleaning up witch I'm absolutely fine with. What really got me mad is that no one talked to us during our whole time there. Some machines were already pulled back and we couldn't get that yogurt, I wanted to leave but my wife had already grabbed a cup. When we were ready to pay the guy walked up to the cashier charged us and did not say a word we had to say thank you to him. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
