My experience at this location is that it's always busy and I haven't had one experience where I didn't get into an argument with one of the customers. I can be the sweetest person but if you come at me with my son in the car of course I'm not going to have another customer get at me the wrong way. Also things are getting very expensive at McDonald's. I try my hardest for my son not to go there a lot because it's so expensive. I love their breakfast and sometimes i don't want to come because its always so packed.
Now they have ordering screens so even interacting with an employee is near impossible. They basically just ignore you until your order is ready. This did not save me time or make it more convenient.
Worst service ever..Spicy deluxe crispy chicken is too plain. No sauce no veggies.I ordered frappe mocha which was only chocolate syrup that tasted like some chemical.Lady Staff is worst.Waste of money.
It's a McDonald's. Twelve bucks for a burger and a fish sandwich. I long for the days when a hamburger was 19 cents and the test was whether the pickle slice was centered. Sigh.

Can't use the curbside pickup due to shortage of staff.
Many improvements have been made. Thank goodness for the new ordering kiosks and curbside pickup because the cash register is incredibly slow. A 10 minute wait before placing order! Curbside wait is 3-4 minutes and inside kiosk wait is about 5-6 minutes. This location needs to focus on cleaning dining area regularly, and keeping the napkins and cup lids stocked. Lowest rating of 9 Los Angeles area McDonald's I've tried. Update, wait times have been decreased. Fast order and service.
Prices are higher than the one right up the street on Reseda and Devonshire. I like to get a latte on the way home with my $2 reward and it's $0.40 more here. Everything else is higher too.
