It was late and we wanted a quick breakfast. My husband had the breakfast burrito and I has the Supreme breakfast sandwich. Both were hot and fantastic. We are going to remember this next time we are hungry and it's late. Service was friendly and very thing was clean. Lots of parking.

Poor customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru at 3:15am, and there were 4 cars ahead of me (1 receiving their order, 2 waiting, and the last one was ordering at the speaker.) I pulled up to the speaker and a female employee tells me "I'm sorry, the car in front of you was my last order. I can't take any more orders because I'm backed up. Plus, we close in 15 minutes." If you're closed, then turn off your drive thru sign that reads you're open. Second, don't advertise that you're open until 3:30, if you're not going to honor that. Sad because two other cars behind me also got turned away.
Terrible. Ordered a kids meal of chicken strips and they were so burnt and hard on the outside and inside I was speechless.
Pretty awesome! I was happy they were open but sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve. But very thankful! They had a pretty good line but they were quick! The lady at the window was very nice & I thanked her for being there! My husband worked at Jack for many years when we were teens into our 20's back in the 80's. I knew they'd be open, like an old friend. (We frequented this location before that, a lot. LOL.) Food was good, I only got 2 tacos & fries, but it was warm. I appreciate the people that were working when they could have been home with family. Always a good JIB to visit! 2 thumbs up!!??
Fries were cold and they didn't even fill up the box. The customer service was horrible as well.
Nothing special they were just real quick as I sat in the drive-thru in a long line that moved pretty fast. Keep it up..
