Great staff here the manager Juan went above and beyond for me. I did and online order and didn't realize that it was going to be ready 45 minutes after I order (it was a Sunday morning and they were busy) so I was going to cancel because we had an obligation at 12pm. He found my order and handed it to the cook to be made right away for me. I can not thank him enough for doing this for me talk about amazing customer service
They waitress was so friendly she always made sure if we needed anything the best waitress I ever had she was middle age with blond hair i wish I can remember her name she was awesome.
It was alright. Food was good. Service was good. Restaurant overall was kinda crusty and not as clean or open or aesthetically pleasant
First of all. Worries about healthy. Only with proof of complete vaccination you can get in. Which is a fantastic plus to minimize risks. Kudos for that.Good service, once is full of customers may be a little slow, but still manageable. Clean and spacious. Recommended.
Same food as expected. Service was quick. They worked as a team. Waiting for a table was the longest part. If you're not patient, you can stay home to eat. Most places are under staffed and overworked.
They have a very good setup where each section has two servers helping you. They have a bar code that you can scan for the menu, but they also bring you a physical menu. The staff is very polite and seems happy to be working. The food is great and you can customize your food however you would like. All of the staff speak to each other and help each other out so you are not told to wait foe tour server or that someone cannot help you.
The food was so-so at best. To be fair, they were busy & our server was a bit inexperienced...but cold pancakes are cold pancakes. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is that the host actually asked to see proof of vax. I know this is supposed to be happening always, but this was the first time anyone has asked me. Made me feel safer in thier restaurant. Because of that, I will go back- cold pancakes and all.
We waited almost 40 minutes to be seated but that was expected on a weekend morning. The food was ready in a decent amount of time but unfortunately, both of our plates were cold, and had to ask for them to be warmed up not once but twice. I don't know if our requests bothered the waitress that helped us but the service seemed cold and rushed. Have you ever felt like you're being rushed to pay and leave a restaurant? Yeah. So, I doubt I'll come back to this location.
A group of friends went here for Friendsgiving. They were able to handle our larger party. Jocelyn, our server, was amazing. They have IHoppy Hour, from 2-10pm, with full meals for $6. Drinks $1.50. Including, but not limited to cheeseburger and fries or pancakes and chicken. For that price, I expected smaller portions, nope, huge portions. Super good food. Will be back.
Didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised with IHOP. Free refills on coffee, hot chocolate and orange juice. The breakfast was great❣
