I was having a pretty good visit UNTIL the guy helping me rolled his eyes just because I asked him for lids since my order was to go. I was never even asked if it was for here or to go. That’s why you don’t ASSUME honey! Def not coming back here!
There is a real rude, nasty, mean girl named Hailey that works at my local Baskin Robbins 10226 Balboa Granada Hills CA 91344. She sold me some melted chocolate chip ice cream w/very few chips. I went back to ask for either a replacement or refund. She cussed me out and refused to do anything. I was appalled at the service! How can anyone that rude work in customer service?
