They are always so nice an always make my blast perfect, such a clean beautiful store.
Bathroom is not out of order they just “haven’t opened it for customers yet.” That’s fine we will be getting our ice cream elsewhere.
Don’t come here for a shake. Person working there looked like she was the owner or close to the owner. Point is she made me 2 shakes and left literally more than an inch of both shakes empty from the top plus it’s hella watered down with the milk. Go somewhere else’s they’re skimpy with the Ice cream

If I could give no stars I would. The servers are dirty. No gloves to serve ice cream then taking cash no gloves. So they go back and forth from serving ice cream to handling cash no glove no hand washing nothing. Disgusting! Then, the lady at the register tried charging extra ice cream scoops. Disgusting and thieves! Stay away!
31 Flavors is a staple in ice cream, but not all locations are the same.Ever since they opened this location my family and I have been supporting them.Very clean establishment, friendly staff and good customer service.The one thing I truly appreciate about this location, is the owner hires local kids from the high school and college.I highly recommend coming here

This store refused to provide dry ice or even ice packaging for take home ice cream cake. When Baskin Robbins faq website clearly states that they provide dry ice to keep their cakes up to an hour, this store said they don’t have any, making the cake melt within ten minutes on the drive home. Something’s clearly wrong here.
