I've been to this Starbucks several times and always have a problem with drinks incorrectly made, bad service, bad attitudes from the employees, the closing off the lobby early even though the sign says they are open till 9:30 pm they're closed at 8:00 pm. This happened is recently as today May 17th. The manager never answers my call or is always unavailable whenever I complain. I would avoid this Starbucks and go to the one at Stork & Hollister which is head and shoulders above the kind of service you're going to receive at the Fairview Starbucks. Don't believe the five star reviews you see about the Fairview Starbucks.
Very nice, clean, friendly, everything hot and as expected.
Not much of a coffee drinker (sorry), but I love our local Starbucks bc I can run in and get a quick,healthy snack to eat from their case-- lots from which to choose. Great patio, too! Always see locals chatting away with friends. ☺️
Prices are getting outa wack for their quality.
Give Rick a raise! Helpful, kind and so good natured. Seems interested in each customer. He provides a way better experience than I get at most Starbucks.

Rick is a leader in the customer service department. He makes it obvious that he is genuinely interested in making sure every customer gets their orders correctly made and on time, and works hard to make that happen while being quick to share that credit with the other morning staff members (and rightly so). Every Starbucks location should have baristas like them. Great job leading, Rick, and thank you to all the staff at Fairview Starbucks!

The young lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. Different story at the pickup up counter. I received my Star Drink but not my slice of lemon iced bread. When I asked for the bread, the guy wasn't friendly. Eventually, I received the bread, but it looked like it was man-handled. Probably by the same rude guy. I hesitated eating it because it wasn't sure if someone dropped it on the floor and then put it back in the bag.
