Great Pizzas!! Try the Rusty you'll not regret ?
Placed an order to dine in and waited awhile while noticing people that ordered after us, getting their order before us. Went to the counter and saw what looked like our order sitting there but were told it belonged to "Glenn" and not "Gail" which was us and were told that our order was still being prepared. After hearing Glenn's name called for another 15min over the intercom, I asked the person to double check agian that our order for "Gail" is actually there and being prepared. Guess what, nope. So just maybe the cashier made a mistake and wrote the wrong name but I guess that's never happened before. Asked to speak with the manager but "Teresa" was not there or any other manager. No apology was given or anything to make things right. On top of that there wasn't anyone wiping down tables or picking up after customers. Toilet paper on the ground in hallway outside the bathrooms. Hopefully changes are made.
Pizza very dry- Couldn't taste the sauce, which to me, ties everything together. Toppings were fresh and cooked well. But we ordered a deep dish which isn't what we got. But after waiting for over 45 minutes we weren't going to wait any longer. Disappointed in the customer service.
OMG I love this place! I came all the way from Virginia just to eat the BEST PIZZA IN THE STATES!
My favorite pizza ever. They're pretty quick but I'd still order ahead of time if you can. They have a small arcade and the pizza parlor feel.
Honestly, Rusty's needs to fire the person answering calls. He's so unfriendly, it's shocking.I like pretty much everything else about Rusty's though. Just your quintessential local pizza shop.
Rusty's has great thin and thick crust pizza, plus great pizza & salad lunch special and the best salad bar in town.
Anyways consist and always delicious. They even have cherry Coke at this location!
Had some yummy thin crust pizza, along side some chicken wings. All was delicious. They didn’t take long at all to make the fresh pizza.Clean restaurant with a cool vibe as it appeared it was once a bank. Give it a try
Great pizza as usual. Staff was so so, at the Goleta location.
