I JUST WAISTED $7.27 ON THIS PLACE. I came here a couple of times and ordered the same thing which was a Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie. It tasted like watered down milk and the boba skewed to the left side.The lady I spoke to name was Fionna she didn’t even listen to my concerns and just said that they would not be remaking the drink or refunding.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I attached a copy of my receipt.
Ordered a 3 topping extra large pizza. Hair wasn't one of my topping choices. Unfortunately for me nobody answered the phone. Don't use these guys. Won't be eating pizza for a while
Very good but hard to order and over priced
We got 3 boba drinks here and they were nasty! We spent almost $20 for these drinks. The boba was hard and it had a bad aftertaste. It was so bad, we threw them away. Also there wasnt any flavor in the drinks. We wont ever go here again. Worse place for boba. Stay away!!
I hate to be a Debby Downer, but the boba was absolutely flavorless. The boba itself was undercooked, hard, and one particular was salty. The tea tasted watered down and they didn’t add any of the flavor we chose. We spent $11.85 here for two drinks and for the product we received it was not worth it. If you want to waste your money, please come here.
You know, pizza is pizza, really. Most of us probably shouldn't be eating it, but if you do, like I do occasionally, way less than in the past, you kind of know what you like about the good ones. And the really good ones, well there is something undescribable about those. Really the only consistent improvements are starting to be not pizza anymore, (I know you hear me, goat cheese, arugula, pesto, artisanal flatbread). You want pizza, greasy, cheesy, dough, the good stuff. So you look on the line and find this one. Says it has that and says it's less expensive. You order it, you get it home and you eat it and you know right away that this just isn't it. This place isn't really trying very hard. They found a formula, a balance between cost of ingredients and profit margins etc. And they're just going to hum along right there employing the young people who are not that invested in the company. So for the one time in months you tossed out the fact that you shouldn't be eating pizza and decided to order one and what you got was this... Well the best I can say was I shouldn't eat pizza anyway but I just wish a place like this would genuinely try.
I have to share my appreciation for Pizza Online Company. My friends and family are currently in Goleta for a wedding...which was almost canceled due to the Alisal fire. At the last minute, we were scrambling for a large amount of food, and Pizza Online Company came through. They were kind, courteous and FAST - they took our huge order and got it done. I can't thank them enought for their work!

If I were to rate the Boba I would give the Boba a 100 out of 10! So good and tasty, the smoothie Boba is super good, and if you don't like tapioca just get the popping pearls! Definitely a must.
Overall package was lack luster, imo. Most everything tasted genaric/lower quality.Customer service was great, though. Folks working were in good moods, and very helpful.
