they literally will never update their hours online, or through their answering machine. theyre supposed to close at 9:30 and somehow never happen to stay open past 7 or 8 on some days. simply putting up a paper sign on the door saying you close early on certain days is not ENOUGH. their online ordering is literally ACTIVE and the store is closed when you show up??? like what???? do better panda express. how hard is it to do all of these things to make things convenient for your own customers??? this location is a waste of time. dont come here go to the downtown location theyre open until 10 even tho it says 9:30 online.
Our company has ordered GrubHub from here a few times. Each time, quality has degraded. They send the bottom of the barrel, worst pieces of meat possible. The chicken was as hard as a rock. PLEASE do not spend your money here. This place needs to get shut down.

Only taking online orders yet they don't even bother to put up a sign. Ordered online and was told it was an hour wait. What a joke can only order online and takes an hour. The manager needs to be fired they are a complete joke and clearly can't run a business. No other panda is like that
Everytime I try to go here I'm disappointed! They have temporary hours where you can't go inside the restaurant now?? I saw an elderly couple get turned away as well as a few of us because apparently you have to order online. How hard would it have been to take the elderly couples order? They then had to make there way back to the disabled parking spot to find a new place to eat.
I usually come here to pick up my lunch. I don't have issues with the food, it's always good. Lately they don't have a way to order online. It seems like it's always off. A day or so I could understand, but it's been 2 weeks where every time I try to order ahead I simply can't. That needs to get fixed. I'd like to know if they have what I want before heading to the restaurant. I've gone a couple of times and when I get there they don't have what I want. I tried calling, but I get their answering machine.
Horrible service and they have very limited hours that your can go into there restaurant.
Worst Panda x in the area! Every time I go there, I say it's the last time because they are out of half of their dishes and take forever to get new ones ready. Not enough staff, long lines,closed early (630pm) last time....I'm done with this franchise!
