THE slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Consistently slow drive thru, in the mornings especially. I've watched them hand other customers food before receiving my order, even though it's the same exact meal and then get asked what I'm waiting for.
BAD MCDONALDS LONG LINES IN DRIVE THRU CONSTANTLY. SOME WORKERS WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER. Check your bags they constantly mess up on orders this is nothing new. This has happened to us various times in previous years also. Some workers do their job right while others just do not care. Its best to get off and order in person before you drive away expecting to have your order right to being dissapointed and missing sauces or items in childrens happy meals. Had my partner order pancakes for my son and there was no syrup when we checked it at home:( This has happened many times with other orders also. Always make sure your order is complete youll be dissapointed and very upset if you are missing items. You ll be left HANGRY LOL. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS DONT EVEN BOTHER. THIS PEOPLE GET PAID TO MESS UP YOUR ORDERS. THE OTHER MCDONALDS THROUGHOUT SANTA BARBARA COUNTY HAVE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL. THIS ONE SHOULD JUST GET SHUT DOWN. THIS MCDONALDS RIPS PEOPLE OFF CONSTANTLY. THE NEAREST MCDONALDS IS STORKE AND HOLLISTER. THE OTHER ONE IS IN THE LA CUMBRE AREA ACROSS 5 POINTS SHOPPING CENTER. DOWNTOWN STATE STREET AND MILPAS SANTA BARBARA. THEY WILL NOT MESS UP ON YOUR ORDER. THE CARPINTERÍA MCDONALDS ALSO HAS RESPECTFUL WORKERS.
Consistently terrible service. Always slow and get orders completely wrong at least half the time. Don’t bother and go to a different location instead.
Watch out with this place, especially the drive through. They will always screw up your order. So check your mcdonald's bag before leaving the drive through...
Micky D's is good for food on the run..not my personal preference...but.. their spicy chicken is good
This McDonald’s serves cold fries every time and misses the apple slices in the happy meals, I’ve had missing items here many times. The best Mc Donald’s is on the Mesa
We stopped in after flying in to Santa Barbara. The staff was friendly, the location was nice and clean, and the food was exactly as expected. Thanks.
Stopped by for (take out) breakfast. Ordered inside. They have marquis to place your order, however the marquis does not offer any specials. At the marquis you'll pay full price for 2 egg Mc Muffins. Instead, we ordered at the counter where they take your order in person and we got half off simply by asking, "what are your breakfast specials?!" Imagine that ??.
I've always liked McDonald's, but it's always worth checking your order before you drive off during the drive-thru. Sometimes they didn't put an item in the bag that I paid for. Today, both hamburgers had no patties. They don't always forget to add things, but it's always worth checking.
