A large group of us drove up from LA for business in Santa Barbara and HAD to stop at Lilly's Tacos. This is what would be considered one of those little "hole in the wall" places, which are ALWAYS the best! There was a line when we arrived but we found a couple tables to hold all 10 of us. We kept that kitchen busy as we probably ordered 8-10 of just about everything, lucky we did as all of us were devouring everything as it came out of the kitchen! I'm sure we made them happy, but probably ate about everything they planned for the day! Growing up in So Cal I feel I am an expert in real Mexican food, and Lilly's did not disappoint. GO THERE NOW and try everything, tacos, chile rellenos, horchata....my mouth is watering and I need to get back there stat!!

Made a phone call tacos ready in 10 minutes. Faster then being in line and there are very good tacos I was very satisfied

This is the best tacos place ever! Straight to the point fresh, delicious ingredients!

Love me some Lilly's. Typically go for the lengua or asada. Appreciate the fact that they are affordable relative to the amount of meat they give you (it was about $2 per taco last I went), which is a real deal especially considering how sky-high some other establishments charge for a simple entree. Appreciate how they have a salsa bar with all the fixings (think radish, cilantro, diced onion, limes, salsas, etc.) and you can grab as many as you need. Plenty of seating inside. More of a casual spot for a quick lunch or dinner, nothing fancy but that's OK since the food is great. This is a 5 for me.

Best tacos from San Diego to San Francisco, next time you are in Goleta ca stop by and have a few or a bunch! close on Tuesday.

This place pretty good man. Tacos good with a decent enough selection. Salsa quite good as well. I would recommend a lot of their onion and cilantro as well to complete the tacos.

This place is ok. I got asada tacos, the meat was a little too big for me, I like the meat more diced, they had a nice salsa bar. The tacos come with just meat, so you have to add the toppings you like.

Best tacos ever - get lingua and cabeca

I always get the Asado and rarely is the meat chewy or weird. They need to add a menu sign closer to the door or outside, though, and adjust their pickup table. This situation is not promoting social distancing. When I went last night I found myself literally surrounded by a couple of college kids who clearly couldn't read the warning on the back of my sweater to socially distance. Like right next to me and right behind me close, because they wanted to see the menu and couldn't wait their turn. It was so annerving that I got out of line to protect mysel from those irresponsible kids.

Wow what an excellent meal. Delicious carne asada and abodabo tacos. Had to make a stop here. The salsa is excellent and maybe the best part of this meal. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
